We can silence Leao in most of our derbies like a little punk. But we let Berardi do whatever he likes. Simply unplayable fella tonight.

Yeah this reality check was needed for Inzaghi.

in 3 days Candreva will do the same shit as Berardi and our retard of a coach will respond by subbing in De Vrij for Bastoni.

No Milan player
really should have played pavard instead of darmian as we played more. composed with him as rcb. why did inzaghi rest pavard for home game?

midfield was suddenly overrun in 2nd half after dumfries goal and they never recovered. i think a mistake to sub thuram as he at least take up a defender which create room for others to attack. if inzaghi want to throw a dice with sanchez, we should have done with 4-3-3 instead of just replacing player with less quality one and hoping for miracle

Stop rambling about tactics and players being tired.
Their fucking heads were simply not in the game. We were 5 games in and on a high. Inzaghi was playing the same players and going for continuity. If you unironically think this game is on him you should start watching football... the american version.

Midfield was also ridiculous. They played like a bunch of old farts. Really dissapointed.

Seems like I haven´t been following football much lately as I surely missed the moment when retards started taking teams all the way to CL finals.

Deserved loss. All of our guys played like shit while Sassuolo looked like a 2009 Barcelona.

Awful match performance, particularly in the second half.
We are at blame; the game has been won, yet we appear to have shut off; this only demonstrates the team's mentality that lack of concentration and motivation.
Perhaps we have already expended all of our willpower in the derby and have been bolstered by media acclaim, which has become a burden.

We weren't gonna win all the games of the season, however; Bastoni-De Vrij sub blew my mind, I can't understand it still, why... lol

Anyway, very avoidable loss. We're not expecting victories similar to the one against Milan, but god damn it...

And idk why the panic subs... or these fifa manager subs just for the sake of it: "better put on Sanchez or this other random guy for the last 10 minutes because I haven't played him in a while and he will cause problems with team morale in the dressing room".

We can't lose another game now for the next 15 games in Serie A without putting the title chances in serious risk.

Lemone, maybe this will put your ego to check. It's not all you. You and the players share the merit for the good form until the last week or so.

Let's see how they react the next game.

Inzaghi should keep telling the team to focus on all games. And maybe more encouraging subs, we didn't change anything in our formation.

But mostly it was the players in this one, not enough effort. Can't have such shit here. If you lead 1-0, it doesn't mean anything if you allow opponent to come at you, to your penalty area like that.

And well, Sommer cannot do that at the 1-1 goal. Angle wasn't great, so you can't concede a shot to the near post like that.

Ah even if he kept playing a consistent line up, it wouldn't have mattered. Berardi was always going to tear Dimarco a new one

And whose job is it to make sure they are focused and prepared and fighting even when things look dim. This rarely happened with Conte or Moutinho they kept our players at the fire and you knew they could come back, Inzaghi behind and it’s at best a draw.

It’s the coach job to make sure players take every game seriously and play to their level and not fall down in this mentality. It’s a massive failure of Inzaghi and he failed massively at this last season as well.

Your not going to win a scudetto if you don’t show up and are motivated in games like this. Then you have to live with 2-4 place and that is what we end at if this shit mentality isn’t taken care off.

We are not loosing scudetto because of this, but it shows very clearly we have massive challenges in motivation and fighting.

And this is the third game in a row

A complacent performance and a deserved loss. An appaling second half, bereft of drive and ideas. The warning signs were there in the Empoli game.

A deserved victory for Sassuolo. I wouldn't call them dominant, but they deserved the win. Berardi has been a great player for years.

I am worried about some of the defending at the moment. It feels like they are being too passive as a group, especially when defending a counter.

At the end of the day, the lack of individual brilliance is costing the team again in games like this.

Don't have one.
We are 6 games into the season, how are they already this tired?
They have to be tired, every team in seria a is tired right now, you just have to find a way to win matches through the tiredness.

The problem for inzaghi is if his team is not firing on all cylinders, he has major problems. And if you think i m bullshitting, just look and see how many draws we had since he came, it's all either win or lose, meaning if we are in optimal form we are steamrolling anyone, if it's the other way around we are getting steamrolled like tonight. It's all extremes and imo that's the hallmark of a coach whose biggest achievement in the league format is getting to cl place consistently and nothing more.

I wouldn't say we got steamrolled tonight. Yes there was a moment in the second half Sassuolo got too much space and they scored those two goals but mostly we controlled. We created good offence in the first half, something in the second aswell but the final ball is missing.

Barella and Basto will never play consistently well under him. The lack of heart from this two has been a major impact on the teams consistency ever since Inzaghi was hired. We either have to sack Inzaghi or part ways with those two. Or just settle for this shitshow season in season out
