Sassuolo aren't as good as they were before couple of years. We shouldn't underestimate them like gobbi did, but at the same time no need to create unnecessary stress.

Sassuolo only beat Juve cause Juve were complete and utter shit. Seriously, they got demolished by Frosinone just recently, and all the other (decent) teams they've faced have handily beat them as well - Atalanta, Napoli, Fiorentina...

Completely irrelevant how shit they are, they had similar quality before and still they beat us.. It’s more less same story with Milan. Of some unexplainable reasons they seam to take away points in half the encounter against the Milano sides.

The fact they beat a team they rarely beat is enough reason to be worried. Just imagine how good they be against us, they play like Barca and Berardi will have his usual shit he already scored 7 goals and made 3 assists against us, why stop now but at least he is less our nemesis then Milan where it’s 11 goals and 7 assists.

Sassuolo Is on of the teams I look least forward to meet every season and with good reason.

Big win for Inter, but berardi will score.
What make you think that

We been pretty shit the last two games, where it could just as well been a loss and a draw, we where rather lucky we scored on basically the two large chances we had in those two games. We will probably get more chances against them but we need to drastically play better and not put in same dismissal performances that was largely forgettable.

There is definitely a good chance we loose this one. Not saying we will but that the chances are not small. This team isn’t a team that go undefeated through a season I also doubt it realistically can achieve 90p, my guess is 80-85p.

Because despite my feelings about 352 and its lack of beauty, it has brought us a scudetto in the past and to a CL Final, we are a Top team and i expect top results.

It also brought us 12 defeats in a single season, that is also part of the story.

Watched the Sassuolo-Juve-game and Sassuolos aggressive pressing was the main reason for the result. Juve was shit of course but Sassuolo was also impressive in offence. And, seeing that Sociedad really created problems for us using similar tactics, it seems inevitable that they're gonna start the game in similar fashion as Real. If Inter can withstand the high pressure, on second half things will change in Inters favour with their tired legs, our better bench etc. Luckily their defence is garbage so with half-decent scoring it's good night for visitors. I predict that it's gonna be the toughest game so far and goals galore. Lets just hope it's Inter who scores one more.

Btw, Inters schedule after this game in Serie A is Salernitana away and Bologna at home before international break. Good chance to extend the lead.

Exactly the way they played and got away with it, as well as a reminder of how Inter handled that the last time just a week ago. Then we might be in for a very tough game that can go both ways. I definitely agree they will attack it this way, especially after seeing how poorly we handle it last time.

Dude no offence, but most of what you said makes almost no sense. First of all, they had far better quality when they used to kick our asses here and there. I don't know if you even watched their games this season, but there is a huge difference to the usual Sassuolo we have seen when they were competitive or able to cause damage to top teams of the league. I even said, they might bite us if we underestimate them but apart of the match vs gobbi, they were utter shit against other teams.

They created a lot chances against gobbi only because the latter ones were beyond pathetic. As if that own goal wasn't enough to describe their horror show.

I would agree with you on avoiding Sassuolo out of all these mid-table teams, but NOT at this point. Their lack of organization in overall is a huge let down for them. It's not like their attack was THAT impressive. Way too many chances missed, poor decision making in final third and everything else, let's not pretend like they were almost bottling the match when Chiesa made it 2-2.

Again, you're bringing points of what was Sassuolo in their best days. Do you even know how many players left from that team? Apart of Berardi who is quite competitive, the rest are average at best.

We had issues in the past as well when they where around what they are now. They have not been competitive in all the seasons. Yes they had seasons where they had decent teams but they certainly also had their fair share of seasons where they where a rather poor middle table team and still they beat us and Milan, also not really first time they had a poor start to the season either.

It’s just as much about motivation and that’s something they never lacked against us. It was not because they where the better mid table team because in many seasons they frankly really where not any better then rest, and in majority they where consistently beaten by other then the two Milano clubs for example Juventus who usually had no issue against them.

Football is more then just having theoretical better players, the right tactics it’s also about what goes on in your head. There is a difference going into a game as a midtable team if that one team is one you consistently loose too or one where you won almost half of the games, even if this should not influence professional players it dos influence them.

It’s the entire mental aspect of it that caused our 9 loses, because that is far higher then realistically should have been possible for a team like them.

We are talking about a team that usually get 43-52p, I think it’s only twice they achieved 61 point.

They max achived 50p the last two seasons so it wasn’t like they where really any good.

A Szczęsny blunder and a ridiculous own goal go a long way to skew some people's perceptions... Let's not make it out like Sassuolo dominated Juve. And yes, Juve was abysmal, yet, without those idiotic mistakes, Sassuolo would only get a point. They sit 12th for a reason.

BTW, our last 10 encounters with them have produced the following results: 6W, 2D, 2L... Their last good run against us, 4 wins, was in 2017/18.

Shouldn't be too hard, as long as he understands and is aware of when he's offsides. Then if Sarr would make right decisions occasionally when he has the ball at his feet he'd be golden. Who are we kidding Inzaghi will be extremely resistant play him. Heck, might as well try Agoume in a striker position . Inter made their bed with the geezer gang up front and as fans we're stuck with it.

Sassuolo are not Real S. They may use similar pressing style, but they don't have the quality to do it at the same level. It should be much easier to counter attack them, and if we are not wasteful, we shall beat them.
