yeah blame the 2325093650934628th coach again...boring!!!

it's not like Inter is the biggest choke job in football ever...well after 2010 we are a total joke...

only Icardi,Skriniar are not chokers...because they have confidence in their skills...the others are just not good enough for a higher level and then their confidence gets shattered and we get Rube,PSV and Roma results...nothing really changes throughout the years...our midfield is on Sassuolo or lower level fffs

Last time I checked it was exactly our 2325093650934628th coach who hand picked our current midfield, he asked for Vecino, Valero and Nainggolan.

Agreed that most of the squad is shit but Spalletti is far from innocent in this ordeal.

yeah I'm sure Simeone or whoever we have better in line...wants to come coach Vecino,Gags,OLDMAN Borja, party animal always injured Radja,Ciao Mario a few months back no?
only Brozo seems like a player worthy of a name midfielder.

i actually think we are overachieving in most games,
in front of goal we are comical if it isn't Icardi in good spots...if he gets the ball that is
I don't expect Politano to be Robben in solo scoring moves either
Perisic fails in every attacking move and then u have Candreva(comical as it gets and sad) and Keita who should play more
no Spalletti isn't a world class coach and no we can't afford one or deserve one either

oh common...u think he wouldn't ask for better if we could afford better?! he wanted Vidal,Modric in mf...guess what Ausilio and Suning did about that...nothing

we still have limited funds people...so don't expect we can compete with Rube,Barca, not even Spurs apparently(they look a good squad, better than us for sure) and under pressure we can't even beat Roma,PSV...chokers,yeah even Spalletti it seems, but it's a collective thing for sure

Want more funds? Then dont hold the team back at 1-1 and tell them to stop celebrating and go on and get goal numbers 2 and 3!! Win. Dont bottle a 6 point lead in a very tough group.Try and squeeze out every point you can by not playing open harakiri football at Camp Nou.

Piss right off with the "we dont deserve a better coach" Jimmy!!! I am too bloody angry to be dealing with these childish defences of the idiot who has ensured we again spend less in the next market because he didnt have a proper go at both Spurs and PSV but the wanker went at it at Camp Nou :palm:.

PSV apparently is close to signing Robben, which makes sense since he has played there at the beginning of his career and he is going to leave Bayern for free this summer.
Kinda ridiculous that they throw us out of CL and then proceed to sign better players than we do :awyeah:

What about starting Candreva and Politano in the right wing when we have Keita who scored 3 goals in his last 4 matches? What about our most dangerous player in Politano for a right fucking back when we were drawing? Are you telling me that is not a loser mentality?

When you put that number of how many times we changed coach, its not like we didnt change players too. And I agree that we have a better coach now than the 8 or 9 before, but we also have a way better better, younger, more complete team that years, we have world class players chasen by the top clubs and are ready to splash big amount of money for them.

Fact is, Spalletti an upgrade over all of the past coaches, but thats it. Appreciate that he got us back to CL, but its clear he is not the man for us if we want to go forward in Europe. Let’s what he will do in EL.

They only said to Robben that he is welcome at PSV. Don't think he will come back to Holland because of the many artificial pitches we have in Holland. Most people think he will go to America.

Ok seems reasonable, in America he will probably earn more and give the league some exposure just like Ibrahimovic. Just thought there might be some truth in that cuz Van Persie also went back to Holland.

Just going to say that, if the biggest argument for Robben against returning is artifical pitches, there are seven MLS stadiums that have some form of artificial turf as of 2019, mostly in the north (Vancouver, Seattle, Portland, Cincinnati, Minnesota, New England, and Atlanta). He obviously wouldn't need to sign with any of those seven teams, but there are a fair number of games any MLS team plays on artificial turf in a given season.

Can someone explain the whole thing about fake grass? It was also a reason for Chiellini to not play against Young boys, apparently he was afraid he would've gotten injured on it. Is the sole reason that the pitch is more slippery?

From my personal experience from when I still played before my knees went to shit is that it kinda feels a little sticky I guess? Not sure how to describe it properly but lets say you are on the wing and receive the ball while running.
You stop the ball with the inside of the foot and while you try to continue the run the ball kinda gets stuck on the ground and slows you down. I only had this problem on artificial pitches.
I could be wrong though, there is probably someone with a better explanation

Artificial turf destroys your body because it is significantly harder than real grass. Real grass is quite soft so landing on it tends to not hurt nearly as much. Depending on the quality of artificial turf the surface can feel like concrete.

Some players hate playing on it because they feel like it's less authentic football. I'm not sure how much I value those arguments, because several clubs in France have artificial pitches which are significantly nicer than the BS Sassuolo and Bologna provide us.

If that is it's biggest argument it would be a shitty one after your reply. But maybe it's the quality of the grass? In Holland you have alot of different types, alot of players get injured after playing on artificial turf. And as we all know Robben is injured 50% of the season. But I thought he said that in an interview about the fields in Holland.

It's more slippery, the ball bounces different then on real grass you need to adjust your speeding/walking and you get f*ckin burn wounds if you make a sliding tackle. I hate it and prefer real grass every time of the week but for the youth it's perfect. You can always train or play matches on it even if it's raining alot etc but for professional football it sucks.

Artificial pitch is weird tbh the ball bouncing is so unexpected and harder to stop and control the ball especially if bouncing.I mean the ball sometimes. In the team I was in they said that because the pitch is harder there is more contact for the joints. Slide tackles were to be avoided it's harsh on your leg and stings as fuck.
