That's the good thing, Parma plays open attacking football, not an anti-football 11 players behind the ball tactic (ala Rangers, Chelsea and especially BARI).
If I had a penny whenever I heard that about a small club coming to Meazza... ;)

Stankovic's flu bug can be a blessing in disguise. As now he doesn't risk getting himself injured in this match. Stankovic has become quite injury-prone during the years.

Parma plays normally 4-3-3 so I think we can contain them by playing at ease, not over-offensive or anything. We can control the midfield with four players.

I don't know why Mourinho took Quaresma again for Meazza match, it's completely waste of bench place. Though I think he will be dropped since I don't know who else should be dropped.

Doubt it. Mou doesn't really believe in resting players. Maybe jz because of his age and the long trips and chivu because of his flu but the rest will play.

I'm just hoping that Inter don't play to the level of competition tomorrow. We have a tendency of overlooking lesser opponents.

Appiano Gentile - On the field, Inter are better. Jose Mourinho prohibits any references regarding Barcelona and he calls Inter not to snub Parma. Thus, zero changes, "Sneijder, Milito and Eto'o are playing." But Stankovic will stay home alone, grappling with a mild flu.

Two candidates And then in the midfield candidate between Vieira and Muntari. i have a feeling mourinho will go for 4-3-3 with either quaresma or balotelli on one of the wings, or maybe he'll try it out at the beginning or the end of the game

An 8pm local time for me. :proud: How nice. A lazy breezy Sunday, a nice dinner with friends, go home and it's Inter in TV before sleep. And it's the Idul Fitri next week (1 week holiday in Indonesia)...Life is good. :proud:

With a formation like this, I wonder who'll be captain. It would be Cesar or
Vieira so it should be Julio.

Anyway my biggest worry for this game is that we have no player who could play in front of defense, I'd honestly rather see Chivu there than Vieira.

This was interesting. Muntari as DM might be a solution against a fast-paced Parma team. I don't think they will play with much midfield control in their mind so Vieira's power and stature as a midfield general might not be so useful. Only problem with Muntari as DM is that Muntari isn't too intelligent player and DM player should be one.

Vieira is intelligent but slow,Muntari is fast but unintelligent.Make your choice?:p Since Muntari never really played there we can give him a chance against parma and see what happens.Physically he has everything he needs to play as a DM.

About the captain thing, I think it is Samuel, Julio, Lucio(because of Captiancy in NT), Maicon - in this order.

Just getting my shirt on and heading in to work for the game. Kind of wierd going in on my day off but a win and it will all be worth it. Samu, Wes wondergoal and Milito 3-1. Forza Inter!!! :)
