I'd be impressed with a 7th place finish. My money is on an 8th or 9th place finish after another typical scramble where Mancini and Zanetti etc will say "we'll do our best to qualify for Europe" and "we'll give our all", at the last game of the season where qualification to EL qualifiers is mathematically possible if we win and our rivals lose. Our rivals will lose, but so will we, against whatever shit team we're facing, rendering the whole process irrelevant and dooming us to another year zero.

Footballing and tactically wise, and considering we spent lots of money on GOOD players, cant deny we are one of the worst teams in the last 10 games or so, we couldnt beat Carpi, Sassuolo and out of form Lazio at home and drew against the last placed team. Lost 3-0 to Juve and Milan in the same week. These are embarassing results, we are probably 15th in ranking in the second half of the season. A good team cant be bad THAT long.
