Getting 100+ points & having a season without a defeat is obviously worth
a lot more than losing to Palermo and giving them a chance to extend their stay in the 4th spot for... a week or two. Considering its recent form, Palermo does not seem to be good enough to hold onto the last Champions League spot, although it is sad that Milan is most likely to take over that last spot.

Plus, if Inter wins this one, Inter gets a chance to clinch its 15th Scudetto with a win against Roma even if Roma beats Sampdoria. If Roma draws Sampdoria while Inter beats Palermo, all Inter needs is a draw against Roma to clinch its Scudetto title two years in a row. Therefore, I'd rather see Inter winning against Palermo.

palermo has played one game more than other 18 teams, so Milan has already two points advantage over them if we consider that they keep on winning the matches... so there is no point in letting palermo win or draw...

Milan is gonna pass Palermo eventually. The latter have been shite since they lost Amauri and I can't see them holding on to that last spot whatever happens this weekend against us. Don't get me wrong, I still pefer them to merda but I just don't see it happening.
