yes i watched the game delayed. And if we won in Udinese i could manage this, but because we gave away 2 victories and FAILED to kill the game off really hurts and dints our chances for this game.

Milan go into this game in a string of good/lucky wins. And inter come off 2 draws that should of been wins, its depressing.

Well ive calmed down now, but i still believe. We cant risk another game of Adriano or Stankovic playing so badly.

The good thing is, we wont have Matrix on doing his pointless crazy tackles. Mancini rested Miha to play (i hope)

I don't like latest Mancini's tactic. like Cuper's 4-4-2.

2DM and lose ball possession and long ball game. no quality cross. no making some space. only running dribble Adriano,Martins. very same sucks, shame, bitter Cuper football.

Where is good performence game and ball possession? Inter dislike tradition 4-4-2. not need shame football tacitic.

---------------Veron---------------

----Deki------Cuchu-----CZ------

or

------Deki----Emre----Veron------

---------------Cuchu----------------

We need this!!!!! of course last night game 1-1 not bad result. but not good performence. didn't deserve win.

Very expecting Inter will allow for 60% bbilan ball possession at derby.

Please Mancini. you are not Cuper!!!! now Mancini's tactic never Dynamic!!!

We don't need sister football. If you need something big title? difinitely need win against rival club and big team. but like Cuper and sister football can't win anything. never ever. forever.

WHERE IS BRAVE MANCINI???

p.s Favalli is not football player. his only can foul and 0% long ball. really worst LB in the world.

Oh my oh my, let's predict the outcome of this game..

According to our statistics this season,

probability we will win 9/25 = 36 %

probability we will draw 16/25 = 64 %

PROBABILITY WE WILL LOSE 0/25 = 0 %

so one thing's for sure, expect a good game cos we'll fight hard to continue this unbeaten run :)

LAST TIME :( we won vs. Milan in a home match was on Apr 13 1997

I think its the right time now to gain back old INTER of the 60s.

Thank God your not the manager!!!

Why should Stankovic go on the bench when he has just made a very good assist to Martins and is startng to look better and I doubt that Mancini will put Carini back in for the derby!!!

Im not that happy for our last 2 matches, were we have lost out on 2 victories. The only thing now that can make me happy is defeating Milan. A loss would simply send me to a house full of wackos, I get chills all over my body just thinking at the thought of losing so we better beat those f*ckers to stop our dry patch against them.

Well tell me then why to put Emre on the bench when he has lately performed always well when he has played. Better than Deki.

I personally want both of them to the field with Veron and Cuchu. But it's Milan. It's 2 DM's..

I too would like Deki and our little Maradona play it but like you say - two DM'S will probably be the way so it looks like Emre on the bench!

No Toldo? Give me a break! No Adriano? Sure, let's play Bobo, he's in amazing form (NOT).

The day Inter fans stop believing in Adriano we might as well jump off a bridge. NO WAY you leave him out of a game like the derby. NO FREAKIN WAY

Mancini keeps talking that Adriano will gain his form. But that's not BS. I can see it coming.

I have a feeling we play Matrix in this match. My line-up before calling ups:

Adriano - Oba
Emre - Veron - Stankovic
Cambiasso
Favalli - Matrix - Cordoba - J Zanetti
Toldo

Ok, I know it's not gonna heppen but still..

I hate to say it but Milan were pretty impressive last night in Manchester. Never in my life have I witnessed a team dominate Man u at Old Trafford like that.

Ball possession wise, they're superior to each and every single team out there (bar Barcelona, maybe) so we've got to fight fire with fire here. We can't afford to start with that usless bag of potatoes in the name of Cristiano Zanetti. He presses and tackles yes, but he never manages to retain possession. I'd say that we should use Cambiasso in a diamond midfield, like we did before. With Emre, Veron and Stankovic all playing. Like this...

----------------Cambiasso--------------------

---Deki----------Veron-----------Emre--------

With that midfield we've got three players that can control the game and dictate play. Stankovic loses the ball a lot but we need his grit in such a game, and I can't think of another alternative on the right (VDM, yeah right.)

Some might say that this is a tad offensive, No it's not. If we field CZ then you can kiss our midfield good bye. We'll get dominated BIG TIME. Big games are won in midfield and we need to impose our play. We're not f***in Reggina or Brescia to allow Milan to dominate us, we're playing to win.

I didn't watch the Porto game but judging by what I've read, Adriano didn't have a good game. Yet I believe Mancini should start with him, because if he benches him at this moment in time he'll totally destroy his self confidence. Vieri kept on missing sitters right, left and centre but did Mancio put him on the sidelines ? Nope. And now Vieri is playing a lot better than he did at the start of the season. Adriano need ONE SINGLE GOAL and he's back to business. And man oh man if he socres against the bastards, that surely would do him (and us) good.

FORZA RAGAZZI !!! :star:

I'm sorry Egyptian Interista but you are wrong. Do you know why Milan dominated? Because United left them acres of space. When they play against a team that closes down space Milan struggle and struggle heavily. Look at their games vs. Livorno, Bologna, Reggina, Lazio and Cagliari. And it is there that C.Zanetti is fundamental. Remeber how great he was against Roma? Don't fight fore with fire, you'll only spread the flames. Fight fire with water!

I'm worried about two things after watching Man Utd v Milan: Cafu and Pirlo.

They're in great form, and IMO Pirlo was the best player on the pitch yesterday.

We can stop Pirlo with Cuchu or Martello (or Emre!), but what are we going to do about Cafu? Favalli??

Maybe we should play Kily, that way Cafu could be forced not to advance that much.

Anyway, Man Utd had chances to score, Milan's defence can be beaten, and we will do that :star:

Hey Lightoller ;)

CZ was good against Roma, but what did that result in ? Inter failing to create shit and failing to control the game throughout. And Roma's midfield doesn't have half the quality that Milan's midfield has. And with Milan most probably deploying a 4-3-2-1 system, our midfield has got to step up a gear and I don't see C.Zanetti doing that for us. Veron is a must and we've all seen what he's capable of doing when playing in his natural position in the centre (Udinese game is a good example.)

We won against Roma because of Mihajlovic and Cordoba.

Fight fire with water. :D Smartest quote I hear all day.

I gotta disagree with Mido here. To me, the duo of Cambiasso - C.Zanetti is absolutely essential for this game. I didn't watch Milan's match but I watched ours and I was impressed, for the umpteenth time this season, by the CC midfield tandem, especially by C.Zanetti. He was playing as if he was possessed by the current Makelele and the old Vieira.

I believe that Milan's domination in Man Utd was as a result of the return of the Christmas tree for them. Adding R.Costa to an already refined diamond would only mean that they would have an extra man to pass to even though they are already pretty damn good in terms of movement with just 4 men. I believe we need both C.Zanetti and Cambiasso to disturb & break the flow of their game while giving our defence line a very much needed barrier. Also, I believe Cambiasso should be given one of the most daunting task he has to face this season and that is to mark Pirlo. It would be very hard since Pirlo usually stays deep and Cambiasso also has to protect the defence. I don't know how Mancini would work it out but that's why he's the coach and I'm just a fan.

As for Stankovic, I actually wouldn't want to see him in the Derby. I knew of a player who will fight and run as much as him who's in a much better form right now and he goes by the name of Emre. I want to see Emre given the chance he deserve and to start on the left. On the right, I was impressed by Veron over the last 2 games that I saw of him and thus he should be given the nod ahead of VDM or Deki.

About Adriano, actually I was pleased with what I saw of him in Porto. Last night, I believe he made more passes in one game than he did in the whole season! His defensive work also made up for the lack of scoring. I remember him clearing corners on at least 2 occassions, not to mention the numerous times he went back to help out the midfield. But I believe that Adriano shouldn't wander back too much as this would give us an option less to pass to up-front and the enemy's defence only has one striker to mark. It would also tire Adriano's out if he has to go back and forth too many times.

Adriano's partner, on the other hand, should obviously be Maldini's Achilles heel, Martins. But 10 bucks Vieri will start. Not tha I have anything against him but he's Milan's prey everytime he play against them.
