That happened to me when I went to the derby last season. My tickets were supposed to come to my hotel, but instead I got an email two days before the match saying that I would have to pick up my tickets because they were released too late. My tickets (along with presumably those of everyone who used Viagogo for this match) were held at a hotel near the stadium, so I just went there on the way.

Probably same thing happened to you, but you can email Viagogo customer service to be on the safe side. Are you in Milano already, or are the tickets supposed to be coming to your house?

They are supposed to be PDF tickets and im leaving for milano saturday. Im calling them tomorrow to see whats going on. Sent a email one hour ago aswell.

Their homepage just said "We know the seller has not sent the tickets yet".

Yeah, but it doesn't bother me that much tbh. Some of the stuff there is just nonesense, but it's not that bad . If i have do go trough it, i might get the most out of it. 5 months to go.
