This is such stupid horseshit tbqfh. Why are people acting like an insecure teenage girl worrying about every single detail when it comes to the league. Serie A has many problems, but what some 12 year old bandwagonner who knows nothing about the game, thinks about the stadium and doesn't understand what a ban is, is not one of them.

It's not horseshit. It's common sense. All the top league's level is quite similar quality wise, but if one league has one aspect which is severely lacking it's a huge handicap when trying to attract new fans. The lack of fans at stadiums in Italy is a huge issue. It makes Serie A seem more inferior than it actually is.

And do you realize that you were 12 once, and the things you see when you're 12 can affect what team you'll support going forward. I never watched football when I was 12 because the EPL never interested me. However, the second game of Serie A I saw was a Milan derby when I was about 15, and it was the fans, the atmosphere, the choreos etc which sold me on Italian football, and Inter. I'd say if it wasn't for the general atmosphere in that game that I wouldn't be supporting Inter today. Those "12 year old bandwagoners" grow up eventually.

So don't be so obtuse, small things can, and often do matter.

My issue is with the constant sanctions against clubs for these territorial chants. Shutting the ultras out isn't the answer. It's a systematic issue and they're just covering up holes rather than actually fixing the problem. It's just counterproductive, and I feel it's probably a just way for the FA to gain revenue. Rather than actually caring about the issue.

Plus, empty seats are bad for everyone. For the fans, for Italian Football, for the clubs, and indirectly for FIGC
