I still have faith in these fucks to pull through in the next leg, though we really need the likes of Hakimi, Barella and co to pull through.

We lost because Young is a moron and we gifted them a second goal too. Had our defence been alert we would have won. We also had some good chances that we unfortunately butchered yet again, so should hopefully come back stronger in the next leg.

We have grown very much reliant to Hakimi and Conte's fixation to play the wing backs and not through the middle which is where our true quality lies is costing us whenever Hakimi isn't around. Darmian cannot do this, D'Ambrosio either. Whole left side is a joke, it's as if it's a trap to make Lautaro run more.

The thing is Buffon ALSO gifted turn overs, not once, but twice, but we failed to score. As I said I could understand Pirlos team being pressured into mistakes, but what is Contes excuse? Football is a game of what happened 5 minutes, the past 5 minutes is how we got in the compromising situation.

We're not winning the match up. Winning a series after being down 2 away goals isn't in this teams mental capabilities. I think we still lose in torino.

We came back to win 3-0 (to lose on penalties :yao:) once thanks to a Brozovic masterclass a few years ago with a worse team and I don’t think it’s impossible. Lukaku and Hakimi can make a difference, I hope anyway.

I will tell you guys something...

This season we will not win any trophy, again. The team is still mentally fragile and lacks a PROPER LWB and at least two reliable backup to LuLa. We cant go far with only two strikers and a shitty backup who cant make a simple right move for the sake of it. For once I feel for Conte, although he should have subbed out Brozo (who was totally off) instead of Vidal who was lively and energetic and could be a goalscoring threat.

Agree. That's also why this game makes me angry. It's not even about the result or because we will (maybe...) not go the final. The game generelly makes me think that this team can't win something this year. Against Udinese we already showed that. Today you not only wasted (again) so much chances but you also gifted 2 goals, 2 FUCKING GOALS, against Juve in a semifinal...:palm:
I would like to think that Conte is the problem and that we only need a diffrent coach. But it's not the problem. As you said, this team mentally is really fragile. After this game im almost sure that it's gonna be hard, that this team is just not good enough at the moment, as much i hate to say it.....

How is the team mentally fragile?
Wasn't the argument for Conte that he'd make them... robust?

9/15 players used didn't feature for Inter before Conte arrived and the % would have been higher if Lukaku and Hakimi had played. Or if Kolarov was subbed in.

This is the coach's team. All the coaches before him were supposed to build a mentality but they were considered cowards and losers. This guy came as a "winner", yet the team costs the higher since I don't know how long and the mentality is just not there. Even the management changed. Who's fault is it then?

The ref killed our momentum when he gave that diving pos his penalty, after that we basically threw the game. It takes a real strong and talented team to overcome those scumbags(the mafia) and we werent ready for that.

Also f Sanchez was terrible. Not even worth half the wages were paying for him. We need to get rid of this guy

-

Back in the day we took guys Like Palacio and Cassano for granted. If only we had these two somehow on our bench today. Would be so awesome

Over the full match, Inter was the better the team and created more chances. Both sides made mistakes, but they capitalized while Inter didn’t.

Juve ended the game with 5 defenders and can’t remember them creating a real opportunity in the second half.

I don't get how that was a penalty, as the ball was no way in the penalty area and Young's tug didn't prevent any goal scoring chance. That also reminds me a bit of Hakimi's fault against Real Madrid, when he illegaly got pushed before passing the ball yet the goal stood and wasn't a foul.

And we gotta do it without Skriniar, Vidal and Sanchez. Dunno about the Chilean fucks, but Skriniar will be badly missed.

That actually improves our chances, Vidal and Sánchez are awful.

Conte was brought here because that's supposed to be his forte, improving and managing the team mentality (remember when he said no more pazza inter?) and we're paying him TWELVE FUCKING MILLIONS a year, he have been here for a season and half already, we shouldn't be seeing this pathetic shit still, our players shitting their pants almost everytime there is pressure, it's not like it's just one or a couple players either, it's all of them basically, including his precious super experienced champion Vidal who has been one if not THE one that has costed us the most.

It's all completely on Conte, he earns too much and have been long enough here that there's just no excuses, specially since we has only underachieved since he got here, our performance in CL specially has been absolutely disgraceful. Well, now he has to come with the goods.

This game showed us how important Lukaku is in even big games.

Yeah, I clearly remember his performance in the EL final.

The whole extra time spent on our own half. Well done

:yuck: Infuriating indeed. Maybe expecting an equalizing goal in extra time is too far but the last 5-10 minutes was just fucking pathetic. We wasted that entire period just passing sideways between our CB's. In the rare occasion we finally moved the ball forward, Sanchez was there every time to lose the ball like a fuckhead.

Really, really just fucking ridiculous. We scored, we gave away a penalty, we gifted them a goal, we dominated the second half, we couldn't score for shit.

Literally did it all ourselves. We're our own competition. We're such fucking losers.

Exactly this. And this is what makes today's result so irritating. Two utterly, utterly ridiculous goals from ZERO-threat situations.

If a tricky dribbler runs at your goal and you accidentally foul him then that's fair. You tried to mitigate the danger but you failed. Today, we turned not one, but two completely non-dangerous situations into spoonfed goals for the opponent. It's like transmutation in alchemy. Turning fucking shit into gold. Simply magical stuff that only Inter is capable of.

I don't like saying this kind of thing but honestly if I was a juve fan, I'd be bemused and mildly concerned with the nature of the victory (then I would kill myself).

That said, the return leg is most definitely winnable, especially with Lukaku and Hakimi back in the team. Once again, juve produced close to zero dangerous offensive moves from their own construction and we had the vast majority of clear cut chances.

As is always the case with this fucking mental club, we now turn our focus and hope that we can overcome this slip-up and don't let this loss snowball into anything bigger. We fucking capitulated and failed our first of 5 games in this tough stretch. I want a fucking dominant victory against Fiorentina who are shit and missing their best players. We already broke the 6 game winless streak at the Artemio Franchi with our Coppa Italia victory 2 weeks ago. No excuses. 3 routine points then we go again.

conte should have started Eriksen who is inform instead of brozovic. Other than that loss was on individual fuck ups and absence of hakimi and lukaku.

As I said before we are at Crotone's level without Lukaku. Even Lautaro becomes a ghost on the pitch without him. Just two individual mistakes cost us a defeat but I really liked our 2nd half performance. We could've won the game. Our midfield trio must be Brozo-Barella-Eriksen. It's better than any formation what includes Vidal.

I'm waiting for brehme to explain that shit show. He probably knows about the rules and I want to fucking know.

Just watched the game and I’m pissed about the mistakes and the missed chances....
Other than that the boys put alot of intensity and the 2nd half reaction was great.

Lautaro and barella ran their ass off.

Brozo should have been subbed out way sooner. We needed Eriksen and sensi early.
