Third looks nice though, but I'm not sure whether Nike would put the club crest back in the middle of the shirt again as I haven't seen that done for any big clubs in recent years.

Not a club obviously but they're doing it with the England kit for Euro 2020:

Might be one of their templates for the upcoming season.

I feel the blue trims on the collar and sleeves ruin the 3rd jersey.

Oh shit that kit actually looks sick. Yeah it could be part of the new templates then, I haven't really looked at other teams' rumoured kits.

I'm not a fan of the blue trims either on the third kit but they looked good when RupertGraphic rendered them, though that guy makes most designs look better than they will actually turn out. Hopefully Nike don't fuck it up.

For me, I became a fan when our badge was in the centre of our kits during the 04/05 so to see this return would be kinda nostalgic and nice.

I agree that the blue trims at the end would run it but looking at that England kit the sleeve ends are the same colour as the sleeves so just like our leaked 3rd kit this season there was differences in the final design which did include the sleeve ends.

In the original kit from 97/98 the blue sleeve ends are matching details with the blue lining on the collar. The (so far) leaked rendition lacks the collar so the sleeve linings don't make sense. The front side background logo is also missing. Take away all the details and the shirt has nothing but horizontal stripes going for it, looks like a 19th century prison uniform to be honest. Nike better touch the design up, it will look too plain with those dark colors because it's obviously a tribute to that one kit, but lacks everything that made that kit so great.

Simple minimalistic design would work with brighter colors, like our 2004/5 third shirt.

For me, the 04-06 third kit has to be one of the best kits ever made. Seeing it again just makes me sad I had to get rid of mine. I wore it so much that one day after washing it (for the hundredth time) the characters on the badge started falling off then bits of the badge followed.

That’s a decade more than the retro style 90s inspired third kit we have this season though, and that’s our best top this year.

I'll have a free morning in Milan the day before the derby. Is it worth buying a(n official) shirt from the Inter store or will it be crowded/out of stock and better off buying online?

Store will probably crowded there was queue just to go in last time I was there for Inter Barca.

Fun fact, that's from the match vs Milan in CL when that iconic photo of Materazzi and Rui Costa was taken. Cambiasso's goal was unjustly disallowed and fans threw a bunch of flares and smoke, one managed to hit Dida and injure him. The match was stopped and a 3:0 win was awarded to Milan.

The club should step in and veto some of the shit Nike comes up with that fucks with tradition.

Contract with Pirelli will not be renewed after 2021 due to limited income. A new American or Chinese sponsor will be incorporated on the shirts.

Our kits with Pirelli as the sponsor have been iconic and I think it's the best looking sponsor too, it goes well with our kits. In fact since i was a kid the only sponsor I ever saw on our shirt has been Pirelli.

I hope we somehow find an agreement for a larger sponsorship amount with Pirelli but I doubt that happens. I won't be surprised if its that Hengda Hengchi Chinese company as there were rumours about them at the start of the season.
