Today may be not the best performance ever for us but it would give them overall a 7 after 2 big loss. They need to control their fitness too because this is a league game, not a do or die despite the upcoming match. So, as long they get the result they it is good enough. 4.Put Coutinho on bench, and play him, for god sake.
5.Play zanetti in midfield, not Kharja when we wont have Motta or Stankovic.

Totally agree with the formation.. this is the best for us agaisnt Schalke.

During the match, my girlfriend, who was watching the game with me, said, "Why is everybody so slow? Except that Nagatomo dude, he's running everywhere." I think the fact that someone with so limited knowledge of football know that we were practically zombies during a large part of the game is quite worrying. We definitely need to step up a notch against Schalke. I say put Coutinho in from the start, he's hungry for a chance to prove himself and is raring to go. We need that energy in Germany. And Nagatomo too of course.
