They played you off the park last night for long periods.

P.S Eto - chuckle.

Never rated him.

I'm not his bitggest fan either - but he is still a world class striker.

P.S. I bet you were gutted last May when he breezed by Vidic and tamely beat Van der Sar at the near post :boogy:....
Coming to think about it were yous even in the final lsat year? Coz seemed to me Barca were playing against a bunch of nobodys..

P.P.S You chuckle at Eto'o well you have some players who make me laugh too

Carrick - he is a good player but i can name at least 10 midfielders better than him.

Fletcher - he is good in the big games but yet again i can name more than 10 midfielders Id have before him.

Park Ji Sung - don't rate him highly.

Hargreaves - yous have had a good return for the 15-20 mill you spent on him...hahahaha

Scholes - was awesome in day, but I think he is a shadow of former self and doesn't frighten me at all anymore

Giggs - loved giggs in his day but is never as good as he was

Nani & Anderson - I rate both highly but are wasted at Man Utd

Now on to your defence

Jonny Evans - dogshit.

Wes Brown - shite

Rafael - poor

Van Der Sar - not long left with him in goal

Go on some Man U forum and discuss the players above instead of coming on here and bashing Inter for no reason.

tinoi - I don't even know why are you discussing with that prick... Just ignore him, and enjoy Inter's win, that's better ;). We all know the qualities of our players, so no one can come here and tell us which player is better.

FORZA INTER!

No Milan player
There's no need to talk about Lucio performance last night ... (applause)
Milito except for the goal didn't do much else, but it's enough perhaps.
Eto'o ... except for the pass for Milito's goal, run as much as he could, but he didn't have any shot on goal, right?
Cesar was asleap a bit when the goal was received, but he was good in the rest of the match.
Maicon ... I adimire the rest of the team for their strength to go back, after he wastes balls with his "Powershots".
Pandev did what he could have done during those 20 mins, we didn't used our left side for the attacks in those mins, because we wanted to exploit Malouda on LB.
Baloteli had a nice game, but wasn't fabulous, he gave Pandev a great pass, but he wasted several balls.
Sneider was ok, but he should try to give passes sometimes from long distance free kicks, so he'll be a bit more unpredictable.

We should be happy with the result.

Eto'o should have had some decent shots yesterday for at least 2 chances he got.. but overall it wasn't a bad game of him..

Congratulation for all Inter faaaaaaans in all world.
An important win but not enough in my opinion. We could score more but thats football.

Important Point:
If you notice, when ever the ball in the defense or defense midfield lines, Inter's players just clear it to Chelsea area without any focus and Chelsea got the ball again, I saw many balls that could be dangerous if we pass it to the midfield to build a counter attack because there was a lot of space in Chelsea area.
The only player who was exception is Lucio, he was the only player who got the courage to take the ball and get advantage of the space and build a counter attack in some balls.

The same situation was in Barcalona game.

Any comments guys

Drogba, ugghh, such a waste of a great talent at times...Yeah, Lucio did a great job against him and that's no small feat, IMHO...A big CB who can position themselves well and have enough quickness to not get turned inside out by Didier is what can negate the player...Sadly, for him, he's easily unbalanced mentally and I think Lucio certainly got into his head

Chelsea are still in the hunt for a new manager after sacking Avram Grant.

Roberto Mancini and Didier Deschamps alongside Frank Rijkaard have emerged as leading candidates.

Meanwhile, Ivorian Striker Didier Drogba slammed the Chelsea Supporters on Wednesday night by calling them "glory hunters."

"They were many who said they supported Chelsea because Jose (Mourinho) won us trophies but they were really glory hunters" said Drogba.

"When I won them the FA Cup last season, they treated me very well like God but after the final they have betrayed me when I needed them most, in football sometimes you do things that you regret but you need your supporters behind you" said Drogba.

"If I was at Milan, they would have backed me but not at Chelsea, only a few hundreds are loyal fans who come to the ground every week, all others are not fans" claimed Drogba.

When asked whether he was moving on he replied "whether I stay or I go, my opinion of the fans will not change but Chelsea Football has given me a lot and I respect that" revealed Drogba.

I know its from a couple of years ago but what a dig

As FcBarca and I said when it comes to the big games and Lucio is concentrated there is no one better, it gave me great joy to hear the stadium shout LUCIO! LUCIO! LUCIO! But anyway overall our game was decent we surprisingly got the lead early on and in the first half after it we were kinda held back with Chelsea's ball possession and a few chances with Drogba but noticeably unlike the usual Inter in Europe we always kept three up front during the whole events. We then in the first half we had an excellent opportunity and it was a real shame that Eto'o didn't sink it when he was in an excellent position but he did use his weaker foot when imo he had an opportunity to use his right but the past was pretty strong but you'd expect better. But anyway the first half continue like that and we did indeed give too much space outside our area for shots and then as were trying to close the half a blunder by a brave Zanetti till then almost caused a penalty and an expulsion on Samuel that could have changed the game for us. So overall the first half besides the goal and that failed effort by Samuel it wasn't so great. The second half was somewhat better even though it started off on a bad note with Kalou's goal which could have been avoided because Ivanovic should have been closed down, it was 3 bloody players and about the goal Cesar is being overly criticized for because he couldn't see the shot and it did have a bounce which would confuse any keeper. Then we showed signs revitalization after usual we crawl back into our shell but not today we kept on playing hard and got the goal by Cambiasso and then in a genius move by Balotelli and now we got a bit more life and pressed Malouda on a few occasions. It's too bad the players were tired but after playing for an hour with two men down you couldn't blame them, thanks a lot Lega Calcio. For the last 15 minutes we fell back and took the presssure their only decent chance came with Lampard, so it wasn't bad I'm happy with the result but this battle is far from over and it's annoying to see people already deciding who will be facing us in the quarters because we're not in them. Overall we had a good game and I'm delighted with the result but celebrations were yesterday and now it's time to get our heads back from the clouds and look to Udinese and we need to know that at Stamford Bridge it will not be easy. Forza Inter sempre e ovunque!
