What can I say I am happy that my prediction didnt come true.

Also Palermo lost to Atalanta which means we have just jumped up to the front of the table with a 2 point advantage. Not when when you look at the way we were playing.

For once we actually managed to take full advantage of the misfortune of others.

We can't let small teams like Catania play like this, like they play in the first half, they should respect us, they should go and laugh at Milan or Roma when they play them, not us.
The important thing now is the 3 points, we don't play very good, in the second better than in the first cause of the shoots and chances, but not creative at all, still waiting for Cambiasso to come.
By the way Solari was very good today.

i have a weird feeling right now..i cant hide im happy we won,but i cant hide the dissapointment the way we won,...i know i said earlier this game is not going to be "walk in the park"...but i was hopint it would be little better performance...indeed waleed,ibra was not interested playin today,he was busy arguin with sottil and laughin like a jerk,..and stan saved himself today with the goals,cuz he was out of position the whole game,but he was at right place when he scored the goals,so he gets a pass today...solari is much improved player,he played good today,at least he tried..some of our player were sleepin through the whole game ex.cordoba,ibra,adri etc...we should be happy we played catania today,otherwise this would have been disastrous defeat for us...i dont wanna sound hypocrit after a win,but..seriosly,im concerned what a **** is going on with our tactics...

Man I am sick of this criticsim towards mancini. If we did not win it would haave nothing to do with mancio. Its not his fault cruz missed penalty. Anyways 3 super important points. Who cares how we play, the result is important. catania did not create anything in this game, Cesar ****ed up but thats another story.

My ratings, I wll rate as harsh as possible. 6 is starting grade

Cesar- 5 goal was partly his fault. Good Keeper should not let someone score from the touchline.

Zanetti- 6.5 good runs, played well on both wings. True capitano, gave his best on the pitch unlike some individuals.

Samuel- 6.5 Solid defending. Did his job well

Cordoba- 6 same as samuel except i thought he lacked concentration especially in the first half

Maxwell- 5 Did not show much. Lets give this guy some time. We was out for 18 month, so its not easy for him.

Dacourt- 6.5 really impressive if u ask me. Fights for all the balls, great destruction weapon. Did not expect he could perform so good in Inter this year

Stankovich- 7.5 (MAN OF THE MATCH) u can hate him, say that he sucks but stankovich is a good player. I think he did a lot for inter after he came from lazio. Today he did not show much but scored 2 vital goals. 3third goal of the season by the way. Not bad at all.

Solari- 7 I never though he was good. But recently he is proving me wrong. Really great dribbling, holds ball well and creates a lot. Very good game for Solari

Figo- 6 he is getting old and it is obvious. He cant be out main weapon this year, he is too unrelable . But in any case u cant take his skills away. Great assisit. But I repeat he is unrelable.

Ibra- 6 Did not do much. Hold the ball, played better than adriano

Adriano-5 dissapointing, anyways my total support to emperor . He will be back

Maicon- 6.5 good defending, great tackles. Good runs in front. He will replace Il capiton on the right in couple of years. Has a good future with Inter I think

Materazzi- nothing to say

Cruz- 6 created penalty, missed penalty. The rest he was same as adriano.

Mancini- 6.5 Hopefully this vital victory will easy the heat on him. I think it was a good move to move zanetti on left and put maicon on right. It worked today. But anyways he should find tomotivate team more. We wont have lucky stankovich all the time.

Solari seems to have his feet ready finally, he's playing 90mins and he's improving fitness wise every game i see him in.

Our backline sorta stablized with Maicons entrance, maxwell was jus tooooo new to our game. I also think that Catania realy had a good game and they probably would have given anybody difficulty today, but nevermind, We kind suck and didnt have good team play. But atleast the team managed to grit their teeth and win it.

It would have been nice to see a more convincing performance from the team, but at least we got the three points. I hope that things will click eventually and we will see the players performing to their true potential. Thank God we were only playing Catania!

Yet again we witnessed a performance below what we should expect from our players. Again we win because our 11 on paper are better than those of our opponent and not because we play better as a team. And no I wont buy the injury/suspension argument anymore.

Few positive notes:
- Dacourt again was great – however as usual his passing game did let him down a bit though. Overall he was good though.
- Solari’s display should be more than enough to guarantee him a place in the starting 11 on Wed.
- Il Capitano was as solid as usual where he changed to his highest gear when required with his runs and physical presence. Again was forced to play on the LB position and did so extremely well.
- Deki ran, fought and shot, and headed the ball like no one else on the pitch

Now to our biggest worry and that is Adri’s form. The guy is and for the past year has been probably the most over rated forward on this planet. Unfortunately I can see another Rona£do in making. I mean although Ibra wasn’t that good today, but still he tried really hard and everytime he had the ball on his feet one could sense some kind of a danger. The same thing can’t be said about Adri though.
All in all we so need Crespo badly – we need a finisher and none of our other strikers/forwards can do his job. If possible Crespo should start in every single game.

I think because catania scored so early(beautyfull but lucky) that inter was confused for a while and didn't score the chances the got.
So if you look at this way i am happy with the result..but it should havebeen
3-0 or more.
i can't stand cesar he really has to leave..and i also hope that this year is the last year of figo at inter..he did very good but he is getting to old now time to move on great to have him for 2 years .
maxwell did good i think but for now i only wnat cambiasso vieira and crespo back quickly..so we can win matches much more easier.
