How do you know if someone is laughing like a jerk? Because he's frustrated he gets ridicoulus calls against him? And what would you rather have him do when someone is headbutting his shoulder? And I don't agree he looked like he didn't want to play, he was very lively in the first half and even in the second when he disappeared for long periods of time he wanted the ball at his feet. He didn't play that great but he was decent and was behind the first goal too. If anyone looked like they didn't want to play it was Adriano, he accomplsihed absolutely nothing. No shot on goal, no pass to a team mate in good position, no dribbling, no nothing.

I agree about the tactics though, WTF is going on. At home filed against Catania should be an easy win.

how do i know? cuz' i saw the freaking game..and i didnt say adriano played good...i dont like adriano, and my fav player is ibra, but it is what it is...he was laghin like a jerk...and was busy arguin with sottil.

Adriano and Ibrahimovic both were shit, if it was not for Dacourt, Stankovic or Solari today we don't win.

Mancini on Catania's goal:

We made a fairly good start to the game, then we conceded this slightly strange goal and I think Julio Cesar was a bit deceived by the sunlight and he didn't see the ball,

Stankovic
It was a typical game from Inter today. Stankovic with another absolutly brilliant game and two more fantastic goals, and JC messes up in goal again. When will Mancini bring Toldo back?

And our strikers still worry me so much. Adri just cant get going again, it cant be good for his moral or confidence. And Ibra is just Ibra - hopeless. We miss Crespo so much.

And its fantastic that Cruz is back. He will be needed alot this season

Thank God for this victory, I hope those who overestimate us learn a lesson this time. And a special shout to Stan, he was in the right time in the right place.

I am sick and tired of Figo! He really ticks me off with his play. I don't care if you dribbled past 45 players, if you take a damn dive instead of making a simple pass, you are a fool.

There were so much potential with those plays, but he totally kills it with overdribbling, he plays like a freaking rookie. You are living your last days, stop diving and make the simple pass.

J Cesar, please go to the bench where you belong. And it's not because Toldo is better than you; rather, he is less worse than you.

Why u get surprised about Luis? he has been playing like this since time ago, he is a diver. Solari deserve a chance now and i'am happy Mancini finally open his eyes about Santi.

That I didn't know, I thought he was from Holland. BTW, does or did he play for any Belgian NT?

I like Yahoo's line-up and I hope it's the one. To be honest, I want to see Maxwell for a full game at LB, Grosso has been okay so far so I hope Maxwell will give him some competition.

He played for PSV, that might be the reason why you think he's dutch. He doesn't play for the Belgian U21-team and I don't know why actually :p

But if he keeps on gaining call-ups at inter, he will surely get a shot soon :)

An important win the one we got yesterday. We are back at the top of Serie A and this time we must make the most of it.

Catania played well and like any other Serie A side showed how difficult it is to win in this league. It hasn't been the brilliant performance that most of us was waiting for but nonetheless we won.

In my opinion our best players yesterday were obviously Stankovic who saved our blushes, Zanetti, Dacourt and Solari.

With two difficult games coming during the week I'm so concerned with our strikers form. The team scores goals, but those goals are not coming from the forwards. They should improve as we can't depend on defenders and midfielders to score in every game.

Yeah, that's clever. Informative as always.

How about some credit to Mascara people? It was a ridiculous strike. No wonder Julio Cesar was out of position, who the f*** shoots from the sideline? Brilliant goal. If one of ours scored it, we would be saying it was brilliant, and not a keeper error.

It was both a brilliant goal and a stupid error by the keeper.

Although to JC's defence, even I have to wait for a few seconds for a confirmation that it was a goal because the sunlight was totally blocking the TV audiences' view. But still, a goalkeeper for one of the Scudetto challengers should not concede such a goal.

You say this now but when they do good, you will come back here trying to delete your posts. Adriano is a great player and julio cesar a great goalie. You need that brazilian style of football on your team. You have to hate Cruz for missing that penalty and love dejan stankovic for scoring those 2 great goals. Just state the facts any player can have a bad game and I guess both ones you are attacking did. But I love ibrahimovic aswell and he didnt do much unfortunetly.

Forza Inter :joker:

Besides the win what I liked about this game is that despite the fact that we went a goal down we still came back and got the win. There are always going to be games like this where the entire team is not clicking and you have to rely on individuals to get you through it.

We were awful at set pieces today though. Usually we are pretty potent from the dead balls but they were all delivered pretty or played really badly today and the corners were junk.

Anyways hopefully Ibra wont be hit with another ban, making our side even more depleted than it already is. I think squad wide discipline is lacking at this point and something needs to be done about it immediately before someone gets into serious trouble.

Hardly the kind of performance I was expecting from Inter but I'll take it.

Pros:

-Deki scoring two goals despite contributing very little to the overall flow of the game

-JZ doing well once again despite playing in numerous positions

-Cordoba and Samuel

-Solari. Probably our best midfielder on the day

-Catania. Actually played decent and received great vocal support from their huge contingent of travelling fans.

Cons
:

-Julio Cesar. Wear a hat next time you goof.

-Adriano. I fear his time at Inter is fast diminishing. He just doesn't look very happy during games.

-Central midfield. Even though Deki and Dacourt did okay defensively expecting creativity from these two is like asking God to kill all Milanisti.

-Mancini.... just for being Mancini. :D

I heared Ibra is banned for spitting one player,is it true??

Finally Solari is getting some chances, and should play more and more. But on the other, rigt, side we need someone like deki, not old figo.
Thats why we miss vieira or cambiasso now, to play with dacourt with deki a bit more on the right, cutting in

Vieira is back against udinese, finally a good news, and will be totally ready for milan I hope

We dont need any injuries now, cause our mid finally is looking in-form
When we have cruz or crespo on bench, it's always easier to breath

But cordoba and samuel still worries me, cordoba most of all

wtf man.

They are side by side... practically could be holding hands, so technically from the position the only way to get him is to turn your head and spit to the side...but Ibra's face is straight, just look at his eyes.

He'l still cop it though.

well I would say that our defence in general, worries me. None of them except J.Zanetti have done very well, but I do think it has to do with the fact that they have to play in front of crappy J.Cesar. And the defence is never better then it's weakest link.

And to Cordobas defence then he wasn't the only one in the back who had a bad day at the office, actually our defence where screwed several times by the rest of the team when they didn't bother to win the ball back they had just lost, or for that matter try to get back and help the defence instead of just standing still. And then Cordoba saved our arse in the dying minute when he made a decisive tackle or else the player would have been in a free position to shoot on the goal.
