hardhead, your team is basically the whole bench! I think Mancio will compromise a little. Maybe something like:

Carini

Ze Maria Matrix Burdisso Favalli

V D Meyde C Zanetti Davids Kily

Vieri Recoba

Yeah possibly helal. I think it's 50-50 between Davids/Emre and Recoba/Cruz.

Hello dear friends:
I studied the previous 11 matches of Inter, Juve and Milan in Serie A and I found some good statics.
In the Last 11 Serie A matches Inter, Juve and Milan have done like this:

------------
Inter
7 wins
4 Draws
0 Lose
25 points out of 33 ( 75.76% of total, 2.27 points per each match )
+21 G.S ( Scored 1.90 goal per each match)
-7 G.A (conceeded 0.63 per each match)
7 Clean sheets

----------------
Juve
6 Wins
3 Draws
2 Loses
20 points out of 33 ( 60.6% of total, 1.8 points per each match)
+17 G.S (scored 1.54 goals per each match)
-7 G.A (conceeded 0.63 goal per each match )
5 clean sheets

----------------
Milan
7 Wins
2 Draws
2 Loses
23 points out of 33 (69.7% of total, 2.09 points per each match)
+23 G.S ( Scored 2.09 goal per each match)
-8 G.A (Conceeded 0.72 goal per each match)
4 Clean sheets
------------------------------
So some tables will be gathered as follow:

According to the points:
1- Inter=25
2- Milan=23
3- Juve=20

According to the goals scored:
1- Milan=23
2- Inter=21
3- Juve 17

According to the Goals conceeded (against)
1&2- Inter and Juve=7
3- Milan 8

According to the clean Sheets:
1- Inter=7
2- Juve=5
3- Milan=4
----------------------------------------------
After all there's something obvious: WE ARE IMPROVING VERY WELL.

Some other evidence of our progress is that we have gained 25 points in our recent 11 matches while we obtained only 17 points in the other first 13 matches. In other words,

In this recent 11 matches we have gotten 2.27 points per each match
I n the 1st 13 matches of the seaon we got 1.30 points per each match

In Recent 11: We have scored 21 goals = 1.90 goals per each match
In 1st 13 matches: We've scored 25 goals= 1.92 goals per each match

In Recent 11: We have conceeded 7 goals=0.63 goals per each match
In 1st 13 matches: We conceeded 22 goals=1.69 per each match.

We are progressing evidently Don't We?
What do you think?
It took me about an hour to take all these informations out, I'd be so happy if you share your opinion with me, please.

Certainly that´s an improvement. But we can´t use it to anything if we don´t win Lo Scudetto. Confidence perhaps...

--Stankovic-----Emre-------Cambiasso--Van der Meyde

-----Coco--------Materazzi---Burdisso-----Ze Maria

Crespo, Figo, I
well, not to mention that we have played against tough opponents..
(palermo, roma, sampdoria, fiorentina) and won them all..

our draw was strangely against weaker opponents.. (parma, reggina)

Thanks ALI, great work, I love statistics even they cant turn into trophies but they give u an idea on the progress of ur project and where you will eventually land if u continue the same effort.

from the statistics we observe the following in my opinion:
1- Mancini prefers Attacking football, (you saying DUH I know), so we were scoring more in the beginning but in the italian championship u need balance, so we achieved that at the last 11 games where we scored less but for sure with better final outcome.
2- What explains our slip up with small teams, that we have a problem in defense when the midfielders dont help, counter-attack hurt us big time, but when we face balanaced teams who dont sleep in their area defending then we get more freedom to show the class of our midfield and we dominate.
3- I think also the big squad and earlier policy of rotating is paying off right now and hopefully by the time the team gets more harmoney we will do amazing, just we need to keep the same team and management for more than one season without big changes.

I see big potential in this INTER, so entertaining with hopefully big future,, cant wait to celebratge our first trophy, lets make it the CL this year :)

Great job hetfilldd, your stats also show that Juve has slowed down A LOT.

Most of their points lately have been lucky ones, or "cheating" ones.

Read my signature and you'll know why I'm not surprised that things are improving for Inter.

I believe in Roberto Mancini 100%

Do you expect anything else from Gobbi? That Juve-Udinese game was a disgrace, even though it was more the linesman's fault than the ref's.

As for this game, we should advance barring any collapses. The regulars (Toldo, JZ, Cordoba, Cambiasso) should rest. I doubt Oba or Adriano will be started either, due to the former playing alot lately and the latter just coming back from injury. I'd like to see our two natural wingers play too, with maybe Kara/Davids and Emre in the middle or something. Vieri and Recoba in attack.

I actually think Adriano should play against Atalanta because he is coming back from an injury and the more matches he gets the better.

I just remembered that most of our players are invited to the charity event in Nou Camp just a day before this match. I wonder how will that affect their match fitness. Let's hope Ronaldo continues to be preferred ahead of Adriano. ;) Also, Vieri should have big trouble challenging Henry, Shevchenko, Owen etc etc for the European team. Cambiasso is so under-rated that he won't start. Hopefully Cafu will be played instead of J.Zanetti. And Martins shouldn't play but he can be the cheer-leader with his somersaults. :D

I hardly think that the charity game is going to have any effect whatsoever on players' fitness.
