I don’t see how anyone can argue against the handball decision. His arm is outstretched and the ball touches below his shoulder. It’s very unlucky for Atalanta because I don’t think it had much impact on the play, but those are the rules.

It's not a matter of opinion.

The ball touched an extended arm and it led to it going to the goalscorer. That's how the rule is defined. There's no other way to read it.

What's debatable is whether or not there was a foul on Bastoni. We can argue there and I think there was, you would say there isn't. But there's no point as there was another infraction that was deemed more clear.
