Маncini had fault for getting Kondogbia and selling Kovacic but Perisic and Candreva are his requests, so really he didn't cause so much damage even as a manager, compare to his predecessors. Don't forget Mairabelli and Fasone as well. They've made a huge mess in Milan now.

Mancini actually able to identified our problem, first he bring Miranda as reliable defender and then get two good winger with both Perisic and Candreva now become our backbone. Last he want goalscoring midfielder like Yaya Toure but then our mercato team bring kdog which no where near on Yaya toure characteristic. Left back is always our problem but then they bought tons of failed player like Erkin and sell telles too fast. But then he also pushed for Melo transfer lol. Sometimes coach already know what kind of player they need but then since in Italy they have their own mercato team sometimes there is some missed between what the coach want and what the dirtech buy. That wasn't the only problem with Mancini. He did bring in some fine players. The other problem is that he changes his mind months later and discovers that he doesn't want those fine players anymore. That's even more retarded than requesting a bad player.

We need to buy 2-3 quality players this January. Spalletti has taken this squad as far as he (or anyone) can. Now is the time to show him some support, and give him the tools he needs to take Inter into CL. Ideally, we need to target the players Spalletti wants/needs... my guess is that this includes:

1. CB
2. DM
3. AM

The first two for some solidity and guarantees in defence, plus the tactical flexibility that comes with a quality DM. The 3rd one is needed to mix things up in attack, where we are just too predictable.

If we can't spend money, we need to get creative with the deal structures. Maybe get rid of one or two surplus players to make space in the wage bill. But this is critical, and if we don't do this now we risk fucking up this season.
