We won't get anything for him. Zicu was bought only to lessen the price tag on Adriano. Typical Italian transfer. Like we bought Corradi to get Crespo.

Ianis Zicu not an INTER player any more

Ianis Zicu is not an INTER player any more. He had contract until 2008 but it was ended by mutual consent so he can join Dinamo Bucharest [where he signed a 4 year contract].

He was grown by Dinamo Bucharest, but INTER bought him for 1 mil. $ like 2 years ago! He didn't have any room here at INTER so they LOANED him to Rapid Bucharest. But today the press and Dinamo officials announced that they signed IANIS ZICU from INTERNAZIONALE MILANO !!! He is worth 3-4 mil. euros right now, but they claim they got him for FREE !!!

Negociations for Zicu with INTER's owner, Massimo Moratti, were endless.

Friday night, Mircea Lucescu and Rinat Ahmetov, owner of Sahktior, negociated on the phone with Victor Becali for Zicu's transfer. Sahktior offered a new 3 year contract with a progressive rising wage each season : 500.000, 600.000 and 800.000 euros. The agent requested for the player a 1 mil. euro fee for first season, so the Ukraine team didn't agree and the deal collapsed.

In that moment, Becali Brothers re-started negociations with Massimo Moratti, and managed to make him to terminate Zicu's contract [MUTUAL CONSENT] ! HOW ? Between italians and agents have been established an agreement : Facilitate Chivu's transfer to INTER & they let go Zicu for free! Both sides agreed, especially because INTER didn't wish to pay Zicu his last year contract - 600.000 / season.
Authorized sources claim that international Cristi Chivu has already signed a PREcontract with Inter Milano.

Becali agent is a major shareholder at FC Dinamo Bucharest, Zicu had a deal with INTER but Moratti ended his contract by mutual consent. INTER doesn't need Zicu (they payed for him 1 mil. $) and his wage was 600.000 $/year ... by LOANING him Moratti had to pay his wage because there are only 2 or 3 Romanian clubs who can afford that wage Moratti didn't wanted to pay his salary and he let him go... so the player joined Dinamo for FREE [signed a 4 year contract with them] that's almost like selling Zicu to Becali ... and he surely is worth 1,5 mil. € (if not even 3 mil. €).



So you can leave this topic alone, Zicu has nothing to do with INTER from now on.

That's not Zicu That's Razvan Cocis (Lokomotiv Moscow). I can't believe you guys put another picture instead the right one. Anyway Zicu is far away from our team now. He's at Dinamo Bucharest and he was quite in a good shape before he got injured for like 6 months.
