Cavani at 10 is probably justified, but he scored 33 goals in 48 games whereas Rooney scored 34 goals in 44 games.
Oscar ahead of di Mara, Tevez, Modric, Bale, Higuain (he is not even on the list?)and 46 places ahead of Cazorla
Aguero at 11 who wasoutscored by Rooney but still Rooney is at 31. (this is sort of like we don't overrate British players so he was pushed as low as possible)
Mayuka in the list
Tevez at 48 He is much better than that and surely Aguero is not better than him at all, if anything Tevez is slightly better player
Vidal at 57 and we have Oscar at 37 and players like Mascha, Suarez, Willian, Lahm ahead of him.

Yeah what you said about Rooney was spot on. And again can we know where Cassano is? I'm sure you will get that right too.

Edit: Aguero is lot better than Tevez and Rooney? Rooney out scored him last season and Tevez after coming back was most important player for them last season.
