You're lucky that Kewell seems to regain his Leeds form just in time before the World Cup.

Tony Vidmar, a australian defender is ruled out for the cup, which is kinda sad. Australia are gonna really rely on kewell, he really needs to be at it's best.

what do u guys think about the tactic, of going easy against brazil, and then playing our best against the other teams?, if we aint gonna beat brazil, then why waste our reasources

Whooaaa you guys are feeling confident about the Crots and Japs eh? Anyways that tactic sounds cowardly, play your best against all 3 teams in the WC, and who the f-ck says that it's impossible to beat the Gauchos?

Nakamura and Nakata are better than any player in the Australian team. Laugh all you want Cantanha, you'll be shocked

Nakamura & Nakata don't have anything on Harry Kewell, CL winner with Liverpool and one of their best players this season.

I would have included Mancini and Baptista instead of Ricardinho and Fred. Both Mancini and Baptista are versatile players, and those should be valuable in a tournament like the WC.

Amantino being left out is a shame, but that was to be expected. Parreira has never really tooken a liking to him, in fact, I think the only time he was called up was to play as a RB in the last Copa America and he got benched after a poor game. Both Cicinho and Cafu are no where near the player that Dani Alves has become either.

Baptista is terrible. It'd be a terrible injustice if they kept Fred out of the squad. He's probably Brazil's most on form player in the team barring Ronaldinho.

:hush:shhhhhhhhhh!!!! The goverment will throw your ass in jail if that comment were to be in the wrong hands. We, the UABWC (underground anti-Brazil for world cup) suspend you for 2 days and 3 hours due to reckless endangerment ( we could all be caught), and we'll sue you for breach of contract, page 343, line 15, It clearly states you cannot critisize the Brazilian NT team in a public forum. You're suspension starts now, and call your lawyer.:D

I'm supporting Brazil. Obviously this Brazil dreamteam will completely destroy all opposition in this group. 3 victories or two victories and a draw vs. Croatia.

The hard part in my pursuit for the World Cup trophy begins when Brazil will meet either Italy or Czech Republic. And then it gets harder and harder as the tournament progresses...

All the respect for Australia. I am in love with the country.

But...

I will bet that Brazil will win with at least 2 goals vs. Aussie!

You mean Australia's first game or the first game of the WC mate?
Either way, I think it'll be with the family, but feel free to set off some flares, I wanna hear about "sokkah violence" the next day on all the mainstream channels and how peaceful AFL and NRL are.

I think we have a good squad, midfield is the key. I think it was Arrigo Sacchi who said that Grella was one of the best defensive midfielders he'd seen in the Serie A (last season), and he has improved so much this season, I reckon he's the key to our team.
