Lol, on cue.If they somehow manage to produce non amateur defenders perhaps, but otherwise we'll see same stuff as now. 3 or 4 good players, but other than that nothing special.

While we spent much more on a player Limone doesn't rate and we start Dimarco every week.Still dont think he deserved to get that money. He also had more bad games for tottenham than good, and he has much more space to operate in England. Lets not overreact cause he managed to get assists vs literal nobodies.
I think no one thought Gosens would be such a miss... Dont get me wrong, id still rather have Perisic than Dimarco, but just not for that money. While we spent much more on a player Limone doesn't rate and we start Dimarco every week.
The worst thing you can do is go for a draw. The team should go for the win from the beginning and just finish them.Great win, hope we can get a draw in last game.
I meant more of the hype relative to the rest of the CONCACAF squads. The other 3 are still alive after match day 2.I don't think you could have expected them to do much with this draw. Maybe if Davies doesn't miss that penalty against Belgium.
They should be primed for giving this thing a proper shot in 2026.
The worst thing you could do is playing for the draw against Belgium. You need to take advantage of their old and slow cbs.Great win, hope we can get a draw in last game.
I would agree with this in previous tournaments (especially in 2016 and 2018) but this isn't, only, on Martinez. It's just the end of an era for your golden generation. New generation is just not good enough. It sucks for you that the best generation in Belgian football didn't go further than 3rd place in World Cup and Euro semi-finals and this is both on Wilmots and Martinez and obviously people who chose them but nothing you can do about it now.Bravo Martinez.
Brilliant coach, 4 more years
Not true at all. He was literally player of the season in Chelsea two years ago.Kovačič didnt improve since the last season he was at Inter. I actually thought he'd be even better by now. Sitting on the Real bench for years didnt help as well.
Ah yes, that's true. But Martinez is really also a massive utter tool, he is clueless. I accept that the team and generation is kind of lost. But if this is the best he can do after years of preparation, then we can conclude he is a moron.I would agree with this in previous tournaments (especially in 2016 and 2018) but this isn't, only, on Martinez. The referee deemed the Morocco player disrupted the movement or the linesight of Courtouis. I don't think it should be annulled, but it was a close call.
And Belgium are awful and they deserve this loss. The team are very disjointed and they rely too much on an individual brilliance. There is no inkling of teamplay or coordinated attack. They pass for the sake of passing and their possession is meaningless while Morocco are incisive whenever they hold the ball.
And no one should expect more when you entrusted the golden generation to freaking Roberto Martinez. His team never impressed and today his player selection is baffling especially lukaku. Does he really throw a fat player who never step on field for 3 months in a critical situation? I really feel bad for the Belgians who watch their team have been wasting away under incompetent hands.
