WELCOME! I'm confident
Benvenuto Sig. Gian Piero!
Allegri didn't really ring "WATCH OUT!" to us and yet he still got the job gone. In my opinion this guy is a better manager than Allegri and Mancini. How this translates to a bigger club, we will see. Hopefully doing good at an average club means he will do great at a good club, but it doesn't always work out that way...
Let's not forget about the big investments and many transfers made by milan last season! I think that's even more important. Coaches can be fired after 6 months but players usually stay 4-5 years. In this particular case,
I agree with our management with the choice made:
* he's italian and has italian Serie A experience
* has already worked with some of our players [Genoa long spell]
* out of contract, no release clauses [15m is EXTREME, remind you that Mou was bought for 16m after THE TREBLE!]
* seems that he's a temporary fill-in until Pep comes, so it would have made no sense paying Villas Boas' release clause in this case.
* in theory cannot be worse than Rafa & Leo.
* I am confident he can win Scudetto, while for UCL you need more than just a coach.
* born on the same day as Mourinho!!
As long as we use the
EXTRA 15m Euro in the summer transfer market, I'm happy.
