Don't know, probably to some other team in our youth sector or another team all together. Bernazzani went to the U-16s or something when Esposito became primavera coach.

Fulvio Pea will the new coach of the Primavera according to FCInternews.it.

I've understood that Pea has been a coach in Sampdoria (and in Siena too). I also understood that Benoit Cauet and Michele Serena were in the competition for the new coach position, but Pea won it. They also speculate they will take the formation and the system of the first team in use in Primavera too. Good choice if it happens.

edit. Little editing. Fulvio Pea has been a coach of Sampdoria Primavera.

The CEO in recent days also said that the primavera teams from next season will play the same system and style as jose's main team. That's a plan by jose to make it easier for them to blend into the main team when they make the step up.

it's a good idea that the primavera teams play the same formation as the first team just like barcelona.
but who can tell me what's inter's formation, or in mourinho's word, philosophy?

Clearly copying Barcelona's style. I think he mentioned it too in one of the early post-season interviews. Great idea IMO.

Mourinho's philosophy/formation is undoubtedly the 4-3-3. But of course, it failed in Italy and he switch to the diamond midfield. However, there is no certainty that Mou is gonna keep the diamond midfield for next season as well.

It is good to play in a set formation. Youngsters will know exactly what to do when they step up to first team.

Ibrahimovic is a very special player, true. But you don't find old Ronaldinho, Messi, Xavi, Iniesta, etc easily as well. It shouldn't be an excuse for us.

several years ago I got a viewpoint that for a youngster the most important thing is to improve his skills, shot, dribble, pass, deliver, defend, etc. tactic is not that important.
once you play first team football, you gain experience and you can adpat to formation and tactic easily.
Yes barcelona's youngster can easily settle into first team but i believe it's due to their standout technique ablity, from messi to iniesta to xavi
