It's not a shame to lose from Sampdoria, they have a amazingly great youth. It was a shame because we also have a great team. There is a great chance Sampdoria will win the tournament, only Juventus will also make a good chance. That will be a nice final and I hope to see Sampdoria as winners.

Because there are 3 tables like this. There are 42 youth teams on this level and 3 competitions with 14 teams. At the end the numbers, 1, 2 etc will go trough of all the competitions. There will be 16 teams in the final knock-out stage.
Here they play 1 match home and 1 away, and then 1 team will go trough. Untill the final wich is just 1 match.

Last year we lost the final to Sampdoria, the year therefor we won the final.

Here I have the updates from 2 weeks ago, so 2 rounds passed and those rankings arent right at the moment. But it's something:

Our guys are losing from Siena and will be going out of the play-offs for the scudetto. This is really bad since Siena aren't that good.

We lost a week ago with 1-0 against them and now in the return they are leading 0-1 in the break.
