Federico Bonazzoli scored a golazo for Primavera, it seems like he's making the jump to Primavera this year. Cerrone has taken him with him to every level.

Primavera tied 2-2 with Brescia after being down 2-0.

This fucking system wants to ruin our youths too.

Lost 2-0 in the 1st half with the 3-5-2 and won 2-0 the 2nd half with some kind of a 4-2-3-1. Although i must say we dominated both halfs but i simply hate that 3 defenders system.

Why ffs a better team should "choose" to have 1 more defender rather than 1 more forward. Brescia had only 1 striker in the 1st half and we were covering with fucking 3 defenders. I HATE this fucking system...

A bit of both; it's an unrealistic attempt to accomodate a long term project!

Qualified today for the next round in the italian cup.

Won 1-0 vs Modena , with LOTS of chances missed by Puskas and 2 penalty's missed by Tassi and Acampora.

Didn't manage to see it all but anyway from some parts i've seen of our 2 matches so far the team plays much better under cerrone (although i hate 3-5-2) and creates way more chances.

Won 3-0 today vs Modena.

Generally a very good match . We have plenty of quality this year in our team from the middle up.
I am not sure if we have faced easy opponents so far but until now we have shown the capability to easy win matches although we are still a little shaky in the back.

Regarding individual performances in the first 3 matches :

Donkor is establishing himself as the leader of defense (as was expected). He tries too much anticipations for my taste leading to dangerous situations if he missed but still he is pretty good.

No quality in the wings so far , longo and eguelfi are hard workers and run a lot but as in the first team case they lack in quality and end product.

The midfield is the cream of the cop. They rotate a lot without losing in quality.
Acampora has developed a lot. He has transformed in some kind of iniesta dribbling whoever comes in his way with easy but loses a lot with the passing minutes. Mira is the one we saw in the pre-season friendlies , synonymous of quality but tends to over do sometimes.
Tassi rotates with the above 2 and delivers the same quality but unlike the previous ones he doesn't go in solo actions but limits himself to creating plays and passing with great accuracy.
Knudsen is the one covering up the others but even he can be considered a very good midfielder.

On the forward line there is not much to say. Milito has taken the space of the others so only Puskas and Capello has gotten enough minutes so far.
Puskasworks a lot upfront but so far has not managed to score even though he has had a lot of chances to do so.
Capelo is similiar to Mira's case . He clearly has a lot of quality but in my opinion he too tries to over-do , searching for the classy move even in easier situations.

our primavera is way too big. we have like puscas who played alot in the friendlies and not even benched now, etc etc.

no continuity. losing the beretti was a bad idea

I saw the Primavera match against Udinese. I will try to give an opinion for each player

2.Pramatti = sucked big time
3 Della Riva = looked promising
5. Donkor = seems to have a bright future though he makes some childish mistakes sometimes
6. Yao = dude looks solid, good physic, good ball control, good tackling, good in the air
7. Camara = one of the players that impressed me in this game, very good on ball, good passes, dribless etc
8. Knusden = nothing special
9. Colombi = i haven't seen him all the match :/
10. Tassi = I am really disappointed with his performance, i thought he was supposed to be one of our best player
11. Capello = defensively our best player

How the hell was Capello our best defensive player, I thought he was a striker.

Anyway, this is the first season in many years that I can't remember not giving a shit about the primavera. Aside from watching about a dozen matches per season for the past several years, I used to know, generally, the playing styles and mould of each player. Now I can't even fucken name them. I hope I'm wrong but this years primavera doesn't give me shit to be excited about.

i dunno

i think in terms of investment into the youth team and stuff its probably about our best ever youth team in recent years. BUT we're also disorganised after losing our beretti - we've got FAR too many players, and not enough matches for them to play in.

I expect a whole bunch will go out on loan in Jan, and we'll probably be entering as many u-18/u-17 tournaments as possible
