how much is the most Inter would pay for a youth player?

Their is a 16 year old Colombian player who is captain of our sub 17, and qualified us to the sub 17 WC. He was the top striker in the Sudamericana think he had 9 goals and is a AMC. Any way he is wanted by alot of the big teams in europe but I dont think his team will let him for anything under 5 million.

He has playd 2/4 games this season and has 2 goals and an assist so far. He is the starting play maker at Nacional

yup I read somewere that Inter was interested but most places are saying Juve, but Nacional wont let him leave till after the WC. I prefer he goes to Barca B as they are great at developing talent, and actually promote their players.

He has playd 2 games in 1st div this season(been with the youth team the whole time) and been the Man of the Match. Colombia has a lame rule we have to field 1 sub 18 player per game(most teams just leave them in for 1-5 minutes haha, because we are going to host the sub 20 WC 2011)

Yup after winning 2-0 in the first leg away, they came to our place and beat us 3-0...out of the Coppa Italia in the 2nd round

In the long term objective that our club has placed is to build an inter school such as barcelona , chelsea etc but from the matches i've seen last year of our primavera with esposito as a coach and some highlights of the games of this year with pea as a coach i've noticed that our youth tends to use very much long balls to our long strikers and mainly plays with crosses and i've seen only goals scored with headers ......
I honestly hope that this isn't the school we are looking for , our new coach and even mou maybe must do smth about this

No one is mentioning that but our team is continuing to win even without 4 starting players and destro & alibec are continuing to score regurarly even without the 2 most creative midfielders fossati and crisetig and this is a very promising thing in my opinion.

I'm a little dissapointed about the primavera results this year espacially in the big matches. The fact that we got eliminated by milan in the cup after winning the first leg 2-0 , the missed oportunity to beat them in the last match and the loss against atalanta really hurts me.
I don't want to blame the players because i really doubt that there is another primavera team over there which can have the talents we have . They may have 1-2 very promising players but not a group of 5-6 as we do so the main fault is to be given to the new coach Pea in my opinion.
Of course results are not important in youth level but i'd prefer to lose points against small teams and to dominate our rivals such as milan ,atalanta ,juve and roma because this would show that we really have talents in our team who express themselves in big matches while to win the league you must have other qualities such as consistency that can be learned during years....

Im worried because he looks ready for be in ther first team and get more experience for play the next season but the inter management is moving to slow!, i dont want see to our talents leaving inter for arsenal, liverpool....
