Well, good ratings overall, but I'll give cesar and Sneijder little more.. Cesar made 1 mistake that cost a goal, but made few great saves besides that... And Sneijder was great, I would give him a 7, 6.5 at least. He didn't make any mistake, had many great passes, so the 6 ratings is a bit underrated IMO... :)

I think Stankovic and Motta were overrated this time. I couldn't mention one thing they did right.

Stankovic had a bad game, but at least he was chansing Lampard and didn't give him space to shoot/assist... :) That only is worth for the reting :p As for Motta, well, i don't have a comment :)

Motta's job was to mark Ballack ... and his passing was superb and he added some class to our midfield passing..
but still his fitness is poor unfortunately..
i noticed something about him.. isn't it he doesn't like to head balls ? :wth:
he should use his tall body

IMO Sneijder's rating is correct. He simply didn't do enough what we've seen from him this season.

Adriano, Recoba
Lucio deserved more than 8 IMO, and Motta was on a par with Eto'o, so both at 5. The rest are great ratings.

Inter - Chelsea (Feb. 24, 2009)

Julio Cesar: 5.5
Playing in a precarious psychological conditions. A couple of valuable saves undermined by the uncertainty about Kalou's shot.

Maicon: 6.5
The game for physical and Kalou was a bad customer but as the game went on he had to move to the middle or the other flank.

Samuel: 7
A worthy task just like the Brazilian's. A thrilling duel with Drogba, who was very little risky and from which Samuel eventually came out a winner.

Zanetti: 6.5
First half was constant pain, like the rest of the team. But emerges with clarity in the decisive phrase of the game with intelligent action.

Stankovic: 6
His preparations were a league match against Sampdoria which he played after a long absence. He gave a lot of heart in this one. Example.

Muntari: N/A

Cambiasso: 7.5
Only god knows how he shot the ball like that but it was an extraordinary effort. Extraordinary.

Motta: 5.5
Was very frenetic in the first half he was close to risk a penalty on Ivanovic.

Sneijder: 6
The pearl of provision that they were unable to impose his class was the assist for Eto'o at the 33rd minute. And said: "Just touch it and score."

Milito: 7
Implacable: Give him a half of the ball and he will know how to turn it into gold. He is also appreciated for the spirit of sacrificing.

Eto'o: 5
He can't do that with his class. He was 6 meters away and it was worth the 2-0.

Balotelli: 6.5
Entering and make a significant contribution at a tactical level that manifests himself with the cross on which a grazing Cambiasso could make it 3-1.

Pandev: 5.5
His purpose was to counterattack Chelsea especially the exhausted Ivanovic.

Lucio: 8
Just like Spartacus at the Coliseum. Stop all the balls at the feet of Drogba, Anelka, Lampard. He stood tall as an insurmountable wall. Always looking to support the maneuver. And in the end people will invoke him as we did for a gladiator.

Mourinho: 6.5
Still playing for everything even at 2-1 and it emerges his vocation to the risk. But, his substitution, Balotelli appears as an excess of courage.

Overall: 6.5
At the start and end they were suffering. But in between they built a well-deserved success.

Sneijder made a clear assist but Etoo thought it otherwise...
+He crossed the ball before cuchu's goal, which was headed out by defs, exactly to Cambiasso.

I think the ratings of Maicon and Balotelli should be swapped, Maicon was MoM for me.. And Also, lucio should be given a 7, while Deki is maybe a little bit overrated, but it's fine by me... Overall, good ratings as always..

Agree with Deki but must remember that Maicon made a big mistake in Udinese's first goal and his second half was quite poor.

Udinese - Inter (Feb. 28, 2009)

Julio Cesar: 6.5
Was not at fault on the goals. The merits were the way he intercepted Pepe and Di Natale. The rest was up to the woodwork.

Maicon: 7
Didn't have the continuity but the goal was fabulous and he deserved this rating totally.

Lucio: 6.5
Didn't play at his peak like in the Champions League, but without him, the recycled Motta would suffer much more.

T. Motta: 5.5
He had to pay immediately for his adapted role, pierced through by the intersection of Pepe. Against a quicker player, he was sweating.

Zanetti: 6
With a bandaged thigh indicates that the captain had to clench his teeth. He will never be the one who surrenders.

Mariga: 6
Was a bit lost in distance after a good start. Though he was precious because of the way he covered for the trident's backs.

Stankovic: 7
The replacement for Muntari and Cambiasso, and his movement was with intensity and sacrifice.

Sneijder: 6
Mopping rather than turn on the light. Risking a penalty on Cuadrado.

Krhin: N/A

Pandev: 6
An assist for Maicon to avoid the failure. That was not the only thing he's done, although he couldn't find the goal.

Milito: 6.5
Had only a crumb of a sandwich. Headed in the goal for this 15th of the season and he also tried to help.

Eto'o: N/A
Accustomed the way Barcelona played him. This time he came off the bench and was playing almost in the midfield.

Materazzi: N/A
Maybe he could've come earlier to allow Motta to relieve the suffering in the midfield.

Balotelli: 7.5
He scored, created a goal and changed Inter. Mister Lippi, Pepe is well, but what about Mario?

Mourinho (Baresi on the bench): 6.5
Instead of suffering because of the emergency due to disqualifications, their attacks were excellent in the first half. Maybe he could limit the risks with the changes at better opportunity.

Overall: 7
Rejected the competition with pride and with a great Balotelli.
