I think after his great performance against Vaslui, too much ego got in his head and he thinks he's Yaya Toure. Strama needs to put him in his place. He has the physical and technical skills required for him to succeed, just needs to be more humble and disciplined.

I didnt know Guarin once we signed him but people here were like we got a very quality player. I dont have any doubts that he could become important player for us. First season can be difficult for anyone. Now Guarin has been here for half season and summer so no big worries for example Ranocchia is totally different player now than year ago.

But if Guarin really wants to be a succes here he better start to make it happen. I havent seen anything speacial from him. Things are really bad (for Guarin) when I have a feeling that Ricky has impress more than Guarin.
