Still a beast. After the amazing game against Vaslui, he thinks he's bigger than the team tonight. Guarin reminds me of Stankovic when he first joined us. Lots of long shots. Lots of energy. But clueless what's actually happening on the pitch.

Fix that and he'll be God.

He was bad today. While Silvestre cost us the game by letting the opponents score and get to chances too easily, Guarín just failed at doing his job properly: Getting a hold of the game.

His misplaced passes today really cost us a lot. As did his unsuccessful dribbling.

Guarin is a fucking beast but he needs to put more effort on precision into his passes. First he makes a great tackle, challenge or takeaway, only to ruin that change of play by placing a ridiculous pass straight to the opponents feet. Once he gets that into his control, it will be easier for the whole team.

I remember once a youngster of ours were interviewed and one thing he said which is differs the most from Primavera and the first team. That thing was you can't lose the ball. You need to keep the possession of the ball on your team. Guarin is a pro player but he's having difficulties in that. Hopefully our Inter veterans will put that idea to his head so that the guy eases a bit and concentrates on the game a bit more.

Guarin looked like he didn't know what to do with Roma's pressing. All his passes were telegraphed and he lacked that usual drive. Just a poor game. I'm not really to worried though, he's proved he can play well in big games before.

Our team was so concentrated on the left flank with the two fullbacks, Sneidjer and Cassano; it was important for Guarin to provide some balance there. It was a bad performance by him on both ends of the pitch. He could have marked them better, and also should have got a goal from that pass by Palacio.

Guarin seriously needs to limit the number of long shots he takes. His first touch also sucked, while his decision making is also suspect [shooting instead of passing].

I watched the game yesterday and in second half when every time Guarin got the ball I was wishing: "Oh god, please don't shoot it, don't shoot it!" and then BAM! ball over the goal by few meters. He just wastes too much balls like that. Although he have had few good shots the crap shot percentage is much higher. One moment he has good passing, good defending and good shots and 5 minutes later only brainfarts.

Loved his HULK mode tho. Guarin needs his personal smiley for this forum.
