I think you can make an easy argument that he's the worst manager we had during the Banter era. It's either him or Stramaccioni.

I'm divided between him and Stramala for the worst Inter's coach for the past decade.

At least Strama got us top of the table (for 5 minutes) and gave us a memorable derby win. FdB gave us fuck all and he's been talking shit ever since.

Strama was a novice but there was an injury crisis for a lengthy period.

De Boer is just shit.

Former Inter coach Frank de Boer, currently the CT of Holland, said he’s ‘very happy’ for Stefan de Vrij and the Nerazzurri.
The Netherlands coach congratulated the Beneamata for having won their first Scudetto since 2009-10.
“I’m very happy for Stefan and for all of Inter in general,” De Boer told Tuttosport. “Starting with the fans.
“We are talking about a top club, it’s nice that they have returned to victory as a gift for years of domination by Juve.”
The former defender only got 14 games in charge of Inter between August and November in 2016 and said there have been big changes from the team he was in charge of.
“Few players have remained in the team since then,” De Boer said. “It was a difficult moment, they changed three or four coaches, today it’s another Inter.

Holland CT Frank de Boer admitted he can picture Olympique Lyonnais star Memphis Depay at Inter or Juventus. ‘He will not be distracted by the rumours’.
The 27-year-old’s contract with Lyon expires in June and the Netherlands international has attracted interest form the European giants ahead of the summer.
De Boer is not worried about the rumours distracting the forward ahead of Euro 2020, but admitted he doesn’t know where he will play next season.
“No, I know Memphis well and I know that he has a top mentality,” De Boer told Tuttosport. “He will not be distracted by the rumours.
“He’s a great centre-forward and is the captain of Lyon.
“I see him do well at any top club, like Juventus, Barcelona, Inter… He will decide, then we will follow him in the team he picks.”
Depay has scored 19 goals and contributed 10 assists in 35 Ligue 1 games this term and continues to impress for Lyon since his arrival from Manchester United

"I read some quote from the worst manager in the history of the Premier League, Frank de Boer – seven matches, seven defeats, zero goals. He was saying that it is not good for Marcus Rashford to have a coach like me, because the most important thing for me is to win. If he was coached by Frank, he would learn how to lose because he lost every game." - Jose Mourinho

Yet another fiasco from Bartomeu, not just pulling him away from KNVB but saddling the club with a contract that is virtually impossible to break without heavy penalties

Barto, gone but his gifts keep coming

Has Barca appointed him in any capacity?
