I think he's finally doing a bit better now in USA? It took him multiple failed coaching jobs but he's finally let go of wanting to play total football with any team.

And yeah most of his criticism toward us was harsh truth, he wanted to get the players needed to play total football here but did not get either those players or the time and he is still salty about that. Even though it wouldn't have worked in Serie A anyway. But as Universe pointed out his criticism was never really false. He's been stubborn because he wants football to look nice and entertaining. I think he’s yet another “Inter victim”.

Dude honestly had a promising, if not good, coaching career prior to Inter. Sure, winning the Eredivisie with Ajax isn’t the most illustrious achievement but winning it 4 times consecutively is still both respectable and a record.

I suspect that after he got fired from Inter (which was way too rushed tbh) he lost his fucking marbles. Since then, he’s gone from trash club to trash club, maniacally trying to impose all kinds of lofty, Ajax-like total football onto players barely worthy of being professional athletes. Coupled with his insane personality that is a recipe for disaster. I honestly think a move back to the Netherlands is the best move for him.
