A bunch of random Mediterraneans and Slavs...

See, if you sub it with Asians and Africans, it will sound racist statement to me!
was mostly generalizing the regions of the posters I was seeing in the thread but yes it could be construed as racist as well. My point is that you don't get to define what is racist to someone (Juan Jesus and the investigators in this case).

"I will beat you black". That's a cool phrase. I might use it for some people who need a good beat up here.

Fortunately most of them are in my ignore list, so I may not get the chance to use it.

"Black and blue" (not referring to us in this case) is a decently common synonym in English to suggest bruising. One of the nicknames for the long-gone NFC Central division in the NFL was calling it the black and blue division because of the hard hitting nature of the teams that played in it. So I'm not surprised that there's an everday, nonracial Italian expression that operates along the same lines..."beat you black", in other words, bruise you up.

Of course, whether Acerbi actually said something like that or if this is a total CYA attempt is its own matter I guess.

I remember the Cavani IG post a few years ago and United players of all races came out to defend him fairly quickly. The longer no one defends him the more I think he’s probably just a jackass who said something he shouldn’t have.
Something different when a latino says it...

It shouldn't be. A word is a word, if you are going to selectively choose when to be offended by it then maybe you are the problem.
Which is why the n word is such a stupid thing no matter how I try to look at it.

There was a case where a Roma fan got banned for life from the stadium a while ago because he used a racial slur on an instagram comment towards Juan Jesus, of all things.
If he instead expressed his desire to rape and slaughter his entire family in as graphic and descriptive terms as possible, that would've been fine instead.

Italy (or any other country really) is not equipped with adequate ways to tackle this problem. And until sufficiently rational measures are found, there will be all sorts of extreme penalties because people may love to virtue signal, but they love the appearance of being busy and working the problem even more.

Even if their working the problem is providing nothing in terms of results.

I disapprove of wokeness and cancel culture strongly. But did he really just say ti faccio nero? That’s way off from “sei solo un negro”. C’mon he’s not saying to someone who just arrived in Italy before the match…

I thought you said you were done with this subject?
Thuram certainly isn’t taking this lightly at all.
And so he shouldn't, but neither is anyone by the looks of it. Not FIGC, not Inter, not Napoli, not the Federal Prosecutor, not Juan Jesus, not Acerbi who testified. Literally no one is taking this lightly, which would be 'do nothing at all'. What you want is "do something before the investigation is finished", which amounts to "fire Acerbi due to the accusations of Juan Jesus". There is literally no other way to interpret what you're saying.

We are rapidly getting to the point where coherence in the team is getting in danger, the longer our board is dragging the decision out the worse it is likely to get, it needs to be dealt with immediately.
No, actually, they should wait untill the facts have been cleared until they arrive at a decision. Stuff like this takes time for a reason. You're clamoring for immediate mob justice based on feelings and feelings alone which is a dangerous thing.
I just can’t see Acerbi stay, we are just reaching to the point where it almost doesn’t matter what he said. If players like Thuram feel this way, there just isn’t any other alternative then to get rid of Acerbi
Ah yes, "innocent until proven guilty" and "literally no one is saying Acerbi should be fired until we know the facts" has now turned into "it doesn't really matter what Acerbi said". Moronic, transparent hypocrisy that cares more about virtue signalling and taking minorities at their word than fighting actual racism.
Also, I am one hundred percent certain that if this investigation ends up clearing Acerbi of any wrong-doing, you still wouldn't be satisfied - the accusation is literally enough for you.

If players like Thuram really don't care whether or not their own teammate is actually gulity of what is alleged - and I don't know how you arrive at that conclusion based on anything - they can get absolutely fucked.

FIrst of all let me say this if acerbi said it this has been it for him with us....
Now let me get to the issue i have with it i was in the stadium for this game and was sitting at the goal line when it happened it did not seem like a big thing in the game... as in it seemed like a normal fuck you no fuck you after the opposition scored so i was quite surprised to find out that there was a supposed racist incident as they usually cause more turmoil... also acerbi is 36 has been a pro all his life and this is the first time he s accused of such a thing and it s not like this was a game where tempers were running high.....

Most important thing is that we clear this shit up fast before it ruins the lockerroom and our reputation

I only posted because of Thuram statement, that’s all!
So you posted about a subject you said you were done with.
some made up theories about justice.
"Made up theories about justice"? It's the entire foundation upon which justice and judication in the west rests, not a made up concept.

Speaking of made up concepts, tell me once again how according to some definitions, racism against white people doesn't exist.

If Thuram and like minded have already made up their mind, it really doesn’t matter what is up and down, there just isn’t place for Acerbi anymore as the players put a gun to your head, your are at an end where truth no longer matters.
Which is ultimately the outcome you crave, which is what I'm arguing against.

If players like Thuram or people like you don't want truth to matter, or don't care if people are punished for something they haven't been proven to have done, and let me once again be absolutely clear here: You can get absolutey fucked.

Why would Juan Jesus single out the game against Inter, not even the first one if the season, single out Acerbi, and decide to create a lie about something he didn't say? What would he gain?

Acerbi deserves his side of the story to be heard. If any players in our team have a problem with that, that's their problem, not Acerbi's. There's only three people who know for sure what he said - Acerbi, Jesus, and the referee. Everything else is varying degrees of conjecture. The FIGC is looking into the matter, they'll be the ones who ajudicate this.

That said, I also realize that there will be people who immediately discredit the FIGC in the event that they clear Acerbi of charges. I dunno what else there is to say to people who take that perspective. Not every accusation means you've committed a crime. If Acerbi said something racist and gets away with it, that sucks, but if he's not proven to have said something shameful, with zero outside corroborating evidence suggesting wrongdoing (so, unlike Mason Greenwood, where we have those audio tapes), then his reputation doesn't deserve a permanent smear. Similarly, if he is a racist, you hope he learns to be better from that in the future but he would deserve being sanctioned for that in addition to issuing apologies (privately) to Jesus, Napoli, and our club as well. I don't care for public apologies, they're often PR-mandated bullshit and aimed to people who don't need the apology to begin with.

Why are you certain the ref knows? He could have been positioned well away. He will know what JJ & acerbi told him but unless he was close enough he will not have first hand knowledge.

Yes it is made up like any other thing in our world that isn’t built on natural science. You might agree with such principles, moral, ethics and those the constructions of it, but it is still a man made construction. Those it can definitely be debated as it is not a universal agreed on principle dictated by nature, nature dos not really care about moral right and wrong. This is also why you will see players and people place judgement before because they don’t share that stand. If our players already made up their mind whatever the truth is just no longer matters, Acerbi would never be integrated into the team again, he will be viewed as unwanted.

You can try keeping that moral and ethical ground but it is irrelevant if no one agrees with it.

Also I never wrote only white could be racist, I wrote that depends on how you define it!

It’s not because I’m against the idea of innocent until proven guilty. I’m just pointing out it’s a man made construction, those how you view it entirely rest on your position.

One mans hero is another man’s villain, truth entirely depends on your position from where you view it.

Edit..,

My last remark … Don’t bother more as we just have our different positions
I agree, hopefully it's your last remark, seeing as you just threw all pretense of any substantial or logical argument for your position out of the window, and instead began on a tirade of philoshopical, post-modern ad nauseam nonsense, instead of backing up your former positions of "Inter should act now before any evidence has been purported or backed up", which you claimed at first wasn't your stance. If you're actually not against someone being punished for something they haven't done so as to appease morons who don't understand that in a just and fair society, you're innocent until proven guilty, then I actually hope and wish that you are yourself somehow accused of something horrible that you didn't do, and that it has real-life, actual consequences for you. Hopefully thrown in jail, actually, seeing as concepts such as "freedom" and "liberty" are just man-made constructions, as I'm sure you're well aware.

Pathetic and snivelling.

Thuram, how about you talk about your sexual assault in a game vs Pathetico.

This is between Acerbi vs Juan Jesus and the case is still under investigation. Thuram should just mind his own business and stop his shitty form in the last 2 games.
