14:21 hours: Stuttgart asked uffcialemente David Suazo to Inter. Ci sono buone probabilità che la trattativa vada in porto in giornata. Chances are that the deal go through the day. (sportmediaset) (Sportmediaset)

Inler's agent is talking to Udinese.

Trance you have a point, and it looks only viable explanation to this situation. "This situation" I mean for example offers for Kuyt and Mascherano, which apparently were close to ridiculous. We weren't after any big name really for this summer and made money by the sale of our young star. Okay, we may need the money badly DESPITE the treble year and shit. But surely Moratti and the management didn't guessed Milan's magic trick at the last weekend of the mercato and I think we would have done SOMETHING more if Milan had reinforced themselves earlier. I am just sure of this, Moratti doesn't want to be second in that game.

Honestly speaking Cafe! From the way Moratti spoke when it was about to happen - he surely didn't see this Milan shit coming especially when all the players they wanted to buy from clubs published the response "MILAN HAVE NO MONEY!" The Ibrahimovic move IRKED THE SHIT OUT OF HIM!

BTW, my opinion is that if it was up to Inler or Poli, I'd take the latter one. Inler looks much more like our other midfielders, more qualified for fighting and defensive duties. Poli has more offensive mind and maybe he could become the passer guy to our midfield (in the future). Of course now Inler is better in terms of impact, but that impact to our team would be quite small IMO, because of his similarity to our other mids.

Yep. I cant believe some of these morons claiming Moratti is taking all this money won last season and putting it under his pillow. Have they forgot how many HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS he has poured into this team over the years?

Makes me sick.

What I honestly don't get is although I do believe this Financial Fair Play system will come into effect soon, so I don't mind that we bank our revenues generated from the treble. However we did have an excess of 60 million from the sales and co-ownership deals that we made this transfer market and spent an abysmal percentage of that. I just don't see why we don't use the rest of the 45+ Million that we have from the sales, that amount is enough to get 1 world class player. We've sold Balotelli more than 2 weeks ago yet since his sale it really seemed like Inter just gave up and Branca went on vacation and I don't know what other shenanigans was going on.

I honestly think that it was disrespectful towards Rafa that they didn't even take his preferred players seriously when they decided to bid for them, they should have either said "No, we have other options" or make a serious attempt. However, wasting 2-3 weeks on 2 players you knew you didn't want was just a waste of time. I think had Inter pursued Schweinsteiger seriously and made a bid with whatever money we have left from sales I'm 100% sure with the help of our network with Matthaus and Brehme and Klinsmenn we'd have gotten him but I think that Inter really dropped the ball.

There is still time for us all to be surprised, however to be honest it doesn't seem realistic nor logical. If i went over to your house today and told you I'll buy your car for 1 million dollars but you know that it would mean that you'll have to walk to work (which is 5 km's away) for the next year because although you have money but there's no automobiles in the market to replace yours you'll be very hesitant. That's the same case with clubs, although we could overvalue some players and spend on them, it's not logical for the teams to sell them with minimal time, or theoretically no time at all to find a replacement.

Finally, I think the Cesc bid was a joke. I don't work in the football business for a living and I already know that even if Arsenal were to sell Cesc and accept the bid he himself would not choose to move to anywhere but Barcelona because he has his eye on that destination so the fact that we even attempted, and the attempt came from people who do this for a living is actually bewildering. I think the transfer team misjudged the situation and thought they can show Benitez that they were going for his targets, which I feel he'd find disrespectful knowing that he can easily call and ask what they actually bid for. I mean this happened to me where I worked on a bid for a project and sent it to a department to review it and then they submitted it without telling me and we lost the project, and later on just out of curiosity I called a contact I had at the other company to ask why our bid was rejected and he said that my price was too high and I told him that there was no way that this was the case and I'm sure I gave in a competitive price and it turns out that the department i sent it to actually marked up the value of the bid and we lost the project because of that and knowing the truth I became so angry I couldn't see straight. Bottom line if I was Benitez I'd really get furious over what happened and this isn't the way to treat your coach in his first year with the club.

Milan are looking awesome up front. Shockingly impressive. Lets see how they gel. Our competition is not just Milan. We are CL champions... how the fk we going to compete with Barc, Chel etc. Barc were so strong last year but add Villa and Masch. And our management been telling us we are fine. We are so much weaker with the team becoming older and the loss of Balo..... how does it now look to lose Balo..... agreed a complete tit but still quality.

Now being linked with Inler, Rossi....lol... I am just expecting MM and Branca to say we still have players like Mancini, Muntari etc to count on!!!

F**king load of crap

I love MM, and will always love the man and what he did for this club. He is one of the biggest people in the history of this club, but he really fucked things up this year.

Borriello is in talks with Liverpool and Tottenham too, according to British media.

While Inler coming could be useful, on the whole it would be a mistake. It would hinder Mariga, not to mention the main thing, which is that our strikeforce is laughable and is the area that needs to be reinforced.

Inter could use strengthening, but a last minute panic buy won't do much good. In Milan we had Ricardo Oliveira... and that's a memory I've been trying to suppress ever since.

Also, this is the same team which won everything last year. Buying anyone might have a negative impact on the team, since it will be seen by the players as a reaction to Milan's mercato. It sends the wrong subliminal message - Milan are stronger than us so we need reinforcements. Doing this to a squad which, besides the last two games, looked unbeatable can do horrors to the players confidence.

I may be overplaying the psychological factors, but anyway, unless a transfer is well thought out, the chances of it having a good impact on the team are a lot worse.

The management has totally disrepected Benitez. Shame to kick of like this with a new manager.
