What is Cruz mentoring Jimenez or something? Two goals in two successive appearances!

:D

They have the same hairstyle. They look quite the same. Cruz was the first person to congratulate Jimenez if I'm not mistaken.;)

Julio Cesar had no right in saving that Semioli's header. :star: Insane stuff. Although it was justice since Frey should be assassinated for making those triple saves from Ibra.

Anyways, what the hell is this BS that I'm reading from C4!? :wth:
  • Meanwhile, the Viola could be running into a controversial punishment after their unusual initiative today.

After the final whistle they decided to show fair play by having every Fiorentina player shake hands with the Inter squad, just as they usually do before official games.

However, there are reports emerging that Fiorentina had asked for permission from the Lega Calcio for this initiative and it was refused.

The fact they did it anyway could see them reported to the Disciplinary Commission and handed a fine.
Since when aren't we allowed to shake hand with the opposition team after the final whistle. What a stupid rule that is, even worse than prohibiting taking your jersey off in a goal celebration.

Great win today and great to see Cambiasso stringing few awesome performances like he used to. TBH, he and Samuel should be co-MOM, not Jimenez or Ibra.

I guess I am realizing more and more that Zlatan is more important as a playmaker than a goal scorer. Those two assists were magical that nobody in our squad can ever pull. And as awesome as those saves by La Rat were, I bet Crespo or Cruz could've at least scored a goal.

Cambiaso is playing like an absolute legend. Most likely the most irreplacable player in our team.

To be fair, it isn't as if Zlatan was waiting on any sitters and blew it. Seba Frey was just doing an amazing job today. His game was on. All you can do is applaud and acknowledge that our two goals are definately a sign of why we are head and shoulders above any team in Italy. It is all because of a magical touch that Ibrahimovic possesses in his Nike boots. ;)

Stupendous performance. I was a little worried in the 1st half, even though we were up 1-0, Viola had a sizable chunk of possession and the boys didn't really look up for it, but we soaked up the pressure and hit them hard on the counter. Then the 2nd half was just pure dominance from us. I don't know what it is about the Firenze air, but we look damn good whenever we play there.

Props to the Fiorentina players. Very classy after the game. :star:

it suprises me that frey was able to make those reflex saves. why? The guy is a fat **** now. Talk about a pop corn effect, he just bloated like me after a $25 pot and parma.

What was the thing about making a tunnel and shaking hands with Inter players?

Why do they want to do this?

And why the fackin hell should they be fined for it?

Does anyone have a clip as to what exactly happened?

This seems to be the most ridiculous thing ever

Its the same organisation that let Jube cheat for years.

And anyways, Inter is not allowed to be involved in anything which is good for football.

Cambiasso played great on second half, first half however was a disaster by him, which resulted in almost EVERY Fiorentina action becoming a goal-chance.

The team played greatly though, despite some luck on first half, with Fiorentina having 6-7 chances, we just seemed without some defensive midfield. But i guess that was Mancio's strategy, counter-attacks.

Wonder if I can
Well, to be honest, Frey had some great games in our jersey and I was so unhappy when we signed Toldone. :wallbang:

Anyway, I still like him and it will hurt me to see him playing for bilan. I am afraid they will sign him this January. :(

He had some of the worst too. Thanks (in large part) to him, we rewrote the history books with regards to our biggest home loss! :yuck:

Let's not forget our disastrous UEFA Cup exit at the hands of debutants Alaves.

Ciao,
Tim

i read the same s*** on goal.com but they said the fiorentina players made smth like a tunnel and applauded our players when they left the pitch...
they also said they weren't allowed to do that or smth similar and that they'll get a ban if the do so :| ....didn't understand much out of this s*** anyway :p
