According to Di Marzio, Donsah is close to Torino. As for Torreira, there's no way we're getting him in this mercato. Last week Ferrero was saying Torreira current market value is 40-50m. He would never let him go on loan with option.

Well there is so uncertainty (unless somebody can point me out to some official statement that says "Suning is prohibited from investing at Inter", or "FFP forbids Inter to spend more money that they take in until xxxx year") I can believe whatever I want, because I read from stories and hear from interviews so many different and inconsistent things that I can very well believe that they are just fucking cheap and don't want to spend. I mean, what the fuck is this, where we apparently do not have any money, but have no problem buying people left and right, with the only difference that the payment is postponed by 6 or 12 months (loan with mandatory purchase). So is there money for transfers or fucking not? If not, then how can we pay say for Gagliardini that much or Vecino, but only after 6-12 months, but apparently we cannot spend 1/10 of that on the spot. Or 45 for Joao Mario? So on the one hand, whenever Ausilio is asked, we are fucking broke and we first have to sell, to buy, and then we get Joao Mario loaned with mandatory 45mln to be paid. Which fuckin is it then?

I mean, you cannot fucking make this stuff up. If I was following that constantly (thank God I got some life a few years back) I would be fucking crazy by now, because that makes no sense whatsoever.

Btw, why no reporter asks Ausilio whenever he says there is no money a question maybe like so:

"You are saying the budget must be balanced, which is a sensible thing to do, but if that's the case then how Inter could have purchased all those players on loan, which postponed payment by 6-12 months?. If there is no money, then those transfers also should not happen, right? But they do, and they do cost money, but here you say constantly there is no money. So which is it?"

I never remember a reporter once ask this kind of question either to him or whoever else in the past 5 fucking years. Either they have the most stupid reporters out there, or they are so fucking up the asses of these people, they are afraid they will never get other interview ever again.
