It just sucks I have to explain why a club like Inter is signing Ajax rejects. That will be a lot of very frustrating ‘Ajax isn’t anything less than Inter discussions’ with these arrogant pricks (sorry @Materazzi_23).

I saw a post match interview after Ludogorets and Klaassen doesn’t even want to leave, he said he would love to stay at Ajax as it is his club. But the management sometimes decides different. The guy is forced out of Ajax for God sake…

Edit: he also said that there is nothing concrete around him. Let’s hope he’s speaking truth and it stays like that!

I'm not suer why Pereyra isn't the target, though. Probably because salary-wise they'd demand the same thing but Klaasen has the growth decree?


Sassuolo aren't stupid enough to accept an Asllani-Lopez swap it seems, so we're stuck with the kid unless there's another bright idea out there. Let's hope that he shows signs of improvements.

Absolute not in favor of this move. Klaassen was not a certain starting player last year and not a physical midfielder he runs a lot and scores a lot of goals for a midfielder (he's called mister 1-0 in Holland because he scored so many important goals) but no way he will start much games at Inter. These kind of players should stay at Ajax and retire there because he is a fan of the club and not good enough anymore to play week in week out on toplevel. Technical he's not good and he's getting old. Maybe he will do well but we have at least 4 midfielders who are better than him so he should just stay at Ajax.

It would hurt to see a Ajax legend rotting in the stands at Inter.

Let's not forget how we thought certain players were going to be shit for us but turned out to be very good for us.

I just hope whoever arrives he can contribute to this team and not just become another Gags/Vecino.

Yeah I have literary seen the guy play over 50 times. I used to be scared for the guy as he always scored against Feyenoord. But even in De Klassieker from last year we let the guy free when he was in possession. As it is almost a guarantee he will lose the ball.

I really don’t understand why Inter wants Klaassen. They must not have seen him the last 2 years. Not a single game.
