Also...dig deeper in that list. We owned Ivica Olić while he was playing for Marsonia???? Then immediately loaned him out again to Hertha, presumably selling him a year later. You learn something new everyday...
After a quick google search, I found a goal.com article on the matter yao.
Olic is ready to strike against the team he supports and almost joined...
Bayern Munich hitman Ivica Olic will put his feelings to one side when he faces the club he supports, Inter, in the Champions League final on Saturday.
Olic was set free from the club 12 years ago against Inter's will. And the Champions League path has bought them together again, albeit on different sides.
And he has no hang-ups about putting one over on the team he supports.
"I hope to score in the most important game against Inter, even though I have to admit that I am a big Inter fan," he told La Repubblica.
"I was an Inter player. When I was 17 I had a trial there. Gigi Simoni was coach and Ronaldo was there.
"I remember those days well. Simoni wanted to buy me and there were just a few things missing to sign the contract, but then Hertha Berlin came along.
"Sandro Mazzola was the sporting director at the time and he did not want me to leave. But, at 17 I thought it was better for me to go to a medium level club for my own development."
