The 2016 FIF Oscars voting thread is now open. I tried to go with you needed at least 2-3 nominations depending on the caategory.

Been fixed now.

A list of new members was generated to determine who the newcomers were, incorporating members that signed very late in the previous year. Just so happens his name come up despite already holding the newcomer award.
