I highly doubt Solari will play, dacourt is going to play instead of him...thats what mancini has got us used to.

Why u guys were so confident days ago and now so pessimistic?

I would have liked Inter to be in the group with Slavia or Steaua instead of Fenerbache.... i fear the likes of lugano, kezman, alex and appiah, i hope all of them do shit on this game.

Judging by the Turkish table, Fenerbahce are off to a rough start. Only 8 points from 5 games. But hey, anything goes in Europe. We shit kicked Bilan twice in the league last season but at the end of the day, they won a CL despite being 30 points behind us in the table.

I hope Mancini applies the philosophy that 'attack is the best form of defence." If we pin Fenerbahce back in their own half and keep bombarding them, then they won't attack as much.

Sadly, for that we will need players that can keep the ball at their feet for long periods, and only Zlatan can do that, we will need a massive game from him.

As for Ibra and without jinxing il genio he seems to be on fire. I wish you guys could see his game for Sweden last week he was truly fantastic.
As usual there will be a hostile atmosphere in Istanbul. On top of that they haven’t started off as well as they would have wanted to domestically so they will be hungry to get some positive result.
However even without all our injured/suspended defenders I have a feeling that as long as we start on the right foot we should be able to beat the Turks. But then we need 11 lions on the pitch and no messing about half hearted performances from any one. As always it is crucial to qualify from the group as soon as possible so that we can focus on the league.

We are playing away at a very difficult ground. Our defense is decimated. Be humble and accept you can't always win. The aim is to win but a draw will be a decent result.

I agree with this. I think a lot of people are underestimating Fener. Our defense is in shambles, and our midfield play hasn't been great since the start of the season. This will be a tough match.

Keeping in mind that the defense is weak, I think we will opt for a defensive minded midfield, as such I don't think we will be creating much in terms of attack, except during counters. This will either end up being a 0-0 match, or it will be decided by one goal which could go either way.

Also, I do not rate Mancini highly when it comes to tactics, so it will be really interesting to see how he handles the current defense situation.

I hope both Mancio and the team prove me wrong and that inter wins this as if it were a walk in the park.

completely agree with your lineup, maybe dacourt and chuchu switch place since chuchu is better at passing and can run up faster than dacourt if figo goes deep. other than that, not much option left i guess... my only worry is Rivas and I hope he can hold down his spot well
