"I'm happy to be at Inter, a club I've liked for a long time. I just get on with the job. I want to be successful here and help make history with Inter."

Accept my apalogies Mr Felipe.. Really didnt know he was this good, never watched him when he was in Galatasaray, except for few matches in the CL few years ago, and he was a beast.. But I thought it was only for few games. Age was also a factor why I was against his signing. The season is still young and I'm still expecting bad matches and a red card, but damn, so far he has been a total beast.

Hype can turn out to be a problem really, but hopefully he'll keep it up.

The way he plays means that a red card is always a possibility, but he is clever as well. If he gets a yellow he usually plays safer afterwards. For me he has been a contender for MOTM in every game played so far, and he will chip in with the odd goal now and then. Just glad we got Melo instead of Motta.

Yeah, the problem with Melo is that he's a time bomb walking, so far it explodes into your enemies, but one day it might/will explode in our face :D

I'm skeptical to say it's been a great signing because Campagnaro was amazing in his first few months at Inter, but so far Melo has exceeded all expectations. Returning to Italy has shifted his gears.

Wonder how long he can continue playing like this because we need him to be consistent but I expect this form to die out. He was good at Fiorentina and at Juventus but he was never this good. I think the length of his form depends on how far he can go with his motivation to prove Juventus wrong.

But Melo has always been a better player than Campagnaro - I remember how good he was at Fiorentina and for Brazil from time to time, though I get your point. Personally what put me off about Melo was firstly the fact that he seems like a nutcase, he's always sticking his tongue out and looking like a goon in general. Secondly, I was worried we'd play a Kondogbia, Melo, Medel midfield, benching Kovacic. Even though Kovacic is gone, apparently I still need to worry about that happening.

wtf guy.

Anyway, like I said before, I have a feeling a lot of you will like him. Welcome and break some Rube legs. Now Mancini can jerk it off in peace.

me and Lui got it right from the beginning.

Stopping patting yourself on the back Armes. You two weren't the only ones who were for his signing.

So far so good. Hope he maintains this form and truly understand how important he is to our midfield.

I was against his signing because I wanted Motta as my first choice, I wanted Motta and Allan for our midfield. However, I always understood why Mancini wanted him, experience and personality. So far I can't argue he's got it wrong. Either way I am happy we finally got someone secure in possession in front of our defense after Gargano/Medel in recent years.

After collision with Felipe Melo, M'Poku from Chievo had to have surgery today to correct a fracture cheekbone.

He should save those tackles for Fiorentina and Rube.

What we've been lacking in midfield.

This coming from the guy who said he would give up on this team if we bought Biabiany and Melo

The same wasn't said about Medel. Even if it was, it isn't true. He doesn't consistently make very dirty tackles nor does he have a reputation for snapping into a total retard. Everyone needs to calm down about Melo because we have yet to see his consistency.
