When can we get the players that have arrived now that new transfers have been made?

Mercato will open at 0900 Italy time. That is in 1:30 hours.

There will be three rounds. Each round will end at midnight (Italian time) and restarted at 1am.

Right after the end of that closed envelope system, we will have a restricted mercato. That means: maximum 3 new signings from the regular mercato.

The mercato will also feature player swaps. I cannot have a free exchange mercato so I think the limit of 15 makes it pretty safe.

Pretty sure ElDuccio will come to the rescue explaining what you need to do for swaps before anyone svincolies his way to oblivion

What do you mean with "restricted mercato"?, is it allowed to sell a player for the market value and then get someon else? or is the mercato only for people that are missing players?

It means that you can only add 3 players.

You have your 25, you can remove 3 and add 3 available ones. You cannot make a 4th change from the mercato. But you are not restricted to make swaps with others.


You can press 'svincola' to remove the players that left the league I had Icardi and Skrtel for example.

Yes, so do not release players in this window unless you really have to.

You can safely release them in a few days, but there's going to be a limit of 3 new players. I'm assuming if you release a player and get him back it counts as 1 new player.

Why the limit of three new players? I was severely punished for not sitting at my computer desk for the duration of the first mercato, and got a pretty shit team because of it.
Now I have credits to spare, and I’m not allowed to strengthen my team?
Or are we talking after the auctions?

Also you can’t bid for available playets without svincolating players, so I’m not sure what the alternative is...?

That is after the auctions, yes.

The alternative is to not release an expensive or useful player you have a use for if you cannot be sure you can get a better one.
