That's a great idea, if somebody could be bothered doing it, it would be great to have a topic with everybody's first post!

So, if the mods can tell us how to find out our first post, we can all find our first post and put it here!

I am a new member of these forums and I am a loyal inter fan.

We beat Messina 5-0 last time and Adriano scored his first hat-trick for Inter. I think this time we will win 2-1 or 3-1.

I would like to see this line-up...

if Toldo continues his great form we will probably not concede a single goal and if Ze Maria's crosses continue to be as good as the one against Juve and Lazio (where Cruz also scored from a header) then I believe Messina defence is in for another bad day.

u said playing davids as defensive midfield is out of his position? lol thats his natural and most preferred position which he played at juve, barca and holland.

also in the old days Veron did play as a defensive midfield. that was only in the argentine team behind Ortega. so yes he can also play there but its not a good idea to play him there since we need a playmaker of his calibure so this will be MY formation...no coco as he might leave and not in the CL squad list...

I'd have preferred beating Brescia and then a loss/draw to Roma wouldn't hurt. In any case, without Emre, Stan, Recoba and possibly Cannavaro Roma wouldn't need help from us. I'm just looking for a nice performance. I'm not too crazy about the CL spot as we should focuse in one competition next year and that's Lo Scudetto. Plus, next year the serie A wil be expanded to 20 teams i think, so that means 6 more matches in the league. Giving our injury curse i think we might be better off focusing in the serie A only.

Hi all, first let me say that I just found this site and it's great to see such a great forum about the nerazzurri.

Now, about VIeri, I think we should keep him, even if I must say I'm a bit disappointed with his attitude. I understand that he's been heavily criticised by the fans, but first he pulled off the stunt of refusing the bench, then when he was substituted against Parma, the boys gave him a nice applause, but he didn't even look up. Then a day later I read on the net that he apologised for that. I just think that Bobo has somehow lost the passion for football...

Now, if you want to sell him, we MUST NOT give him to Juve or Roma! Are we crazy or what? Neither Montella or Di Vaio are nearly as strong as Martins and Adriano, then we have Recoba, Cruz and Kallon too! Why give Juve and Roma the advantage of playing such a key player as Vieri?

So I'd say either we keep him or we sell him abroad. What's up with Inter anyway, we can't sell our champions properly? We gave away Ronaldo for a ridiculous price, I hear that Chelsea is trying to sign Trezeguet for £15 millions, what the fu*k???? My grandma plays better football than Trezeguet, his goals are even worse than Inzaghi's, always tap in or header after a corner!!!

I've been saying this for eons, he will be the perfect player because
-He isn't your typical attacking midfielder, he sits a little more deep than Kaka and is extremely creative has a wonderful eye, and to top things off has a killer of a shot.
Anyone who says that Riquelme is sh1t, has NFI, he is one of the favourites to win La Liga player of the year this season, has taken average Villareal into third and they will cruise to a CL position with Riqi there. Difference between Riqi and Veron? Riqi is much more attacking, has much more creative freedom and can actually finish up on the top 3 leading goalscorers for his club.

I hate it how he is seen as a flop at Barcelona when van Gaal treated him like sh1t and played the likes of Rochemback ahead of him In the games he did play, he was a crowd favourite and was awesome.
Even teh new Argy coach recognizes Riqi now, and he's back in the starting Xi for Argentina.

If there was one midfielder (central), I'd take him without too much though.

I have to agree with him there, 100%. Riquelme is my favourite player.

Though you wouldn't expect someone's first post on inter forums to be about Riquelme...

Looks like my post is not that bad though.

What a daunting test we face this weekend. Inter must pay a visit to Stadio Olimpico. Roma have scored 10 times in their last 2 matches and the last time we kept a clean sheet was at the beginning of February where we thrashed Siena 4-0. Concidentally, it was also our last win in all competition. I'm certainly pessimistic about our chances.
