Who was the last German that played in serie a? Klose??? He was like 35 when he played for Lazio.
It seems Brandt wanted to stay in Germany. He definitely could have gone to EPL. I wish we at least could have tried. I would love a German coach at inter. I would love conte to psg and we get Tuchel.
Forgot about khedira but I can’t think of any other.
Völler has ruled out any possibility for a transfer of Havertz to happen and he will stay at Leverkusen at least for another season.And I wonder how much more difficult it just got to pry Havertz away as well for the same reason.

I think its pretty nailed on for him to join Bayern in 2020. Havertz was also a big reason for Bayern not to go after Brandt, as this would have complicated operation Havertz next summer.
Ex Leverkusen Boss Calmund made a statement today, that Havertz will go to Bayern next season:

"Kai Havertz will go to Bayern next year, not this year. This year he wont move."
Estimated price will be somewhere between 80-100m€ I guess.

Poor podolski ;_;
Then I read his wikipedia page and I was further reminded about another gem from that glorious era, Zdravko Kuzmanovic.
