I think he's overrated (like Willian). Doesn't deliver as much offensively as many think and Mourinho mainly likes him because he defends well. I think Juve must still be thinking of that goal he scored against them 2? years ago and think he does that all the time!

He still has his best years ahead of him and he would be a success at Juventus IMO. They are looking for the right AM for thier 4-3-1-2 formation, he could be that player. However I doubt he's leaving Chelsea soon.

According to Napoli pres. they are reshuffling basically the whole squad this summer and going in a different direction. According to him foreign players won't except the Europa League so he wants an all Italian team. I'm sure by all he means Italian core, not that they won't sign any foreigners.
