Now next after D'ambrosio. Erik Lamela. World cup is coming, you cant just stay in Tottenham if you want to go WC 2014. Italian league is the best option for him. Loan with option to buy is not a bad idea.

imo,it is almost impossible for lamela to sign for inter because:
1.it will be very hard for tottenham to offload him just after 6month of his signature.
2.with thohir saying we must sell to buy, where on earth are we going to see 30m to sign him.

so dreamers of lamela, it better we should look somewhere else, cerci is a good option and cheap ,can play both as winger and ss, what of diamanti he is good also,belhanda,Andre ayew,valbuena,gaitan,markovic,varela,fischer,samaras,sanchez,piatti......... they're all good.

People who doubt that Tottenham will sell/loan Lamela, should think about the way we dealt with Quaresma. RQ came in like the big summer signing (25+ million) and nobody expected us loaning him out after just 4 months, but it happened. Same thing with Lamela, it could happen.

Hi. I have some questions and remarks:

- Cerci is cheap? Torino sold Ogbonna to JUBE for 15MM and wasn't as hot a prospect as Cerci is right now. Last time I checked Torino valued Cerci at 16MM pounds, around 19MM euros. That's not cheap for INTER's current standards (still hope we have a chance of getting him)

- Andre Ayew has a 16MM clause and Liverpool was interested some time ago. That player has Premier League written all over.

- Markovic like the one Benfica got in 2013? Chelsea are chasing him and offering 15 MM euros. Don't think will outbid them anytime soon. Also I don´t think we'll splash our little to no funds in a 19 year old kid with no Serie A experience.

- Sanchez like in Alexis Sanchez?

Comparing Inter and Tottanham buisnieses is for loooooool. We almost gave Sneijder, Maicon and J.Cesar for free. We managed to offload Quaresma, Coutinho etc for peaunats and Tottanham managed to sell Bale for 100 milions, Luka Mordic for almost 40 and they done it all in last minutes.

That's all right,but Tottenham will never make a deal like selling Ibra for 50m + Eto'o though.
Basically the main problems started when we have been turned in a selling club after the treble,something that was not usual for us (mistakes apart when in the past were made some bad decisions about valueing some players like R.Carlos,Seedorf,Pirlo,etc.),when clubs like Tottenham,Arsenal,Udinese,Ajax and Atletico Madrid are all historically known to be great at doing that.

Nobody is comparing. I am just stating that it could happen. Dont act like it is impossible.

Lamela and Alvarez have quite similar characteristics. Most of Lamela's best moments at Roma came when he was cutting on from the RW. I would take improvements at LWB, CB, and RWB before I would request a 'luxury' player like Lamela, though.

I don't think he's a luxury player honestly. We need someone who can make Mazzarri stop playing Guarin at SS. If that man is Lamela than he is far from luxury, he's a necessity.

I'm not saying it's a realistic buy. In fact I've said the opposite plenty of times on this forum. However, Lamela is a player we would be lucky to have at Inter as he is true quality, a thoroughbred. Exactly the type of player this team is missing in almost every position.

Among those players, I would love to have Valbuena though. I'd pick him ahead of Lamela anytime.
A very creative player capable of playing on the wing or in the hole.
Haven't really heard any big team recently considered to get him out of Marseille. But I don't think they would let him go for anything under than 25 mils, which is close to impossible for us anyway.
