Yeah but Gabriel Heinze looks quite decent though!

I didn't watch Man Utd's game but they truly have found a replacement for Barthez. :D Bellion's goal should have been ruled out IMO. It was clearly hand-ball. Sherif's gonna challenge me to an old-style cowboy duel for this. :scared:

Man United are really starting off on the wrong foot, they were very lucky to get that draw versus Bolton. Didn't watch the game, but Bellion's game was clearly a hand ball as Handoyo mentioned before. Rooney is out for another three weeks and seems to be the spark plug that United are missing so much right now.

I can see United being a threat in the Champions League if they can stay in - once they get their leader in defense back from a drug ban, Rio Ferdinand and their wonderkid Rooney they'll be a tough side to match up with. Getting rid of clowns like Wes Brown and Silvestre are a must though. Brown is a very odd player, one week he can show potential to be world class but the other he's as mistake prone as the donkey next to him.. none other than Silvestre.

I always thought Bellion's goal was a handball but after the replay from different angles then i have to say its not and what made me sure of that is none of the players, neither the coaches nor the FA commented on it.
Anyway the refs are very bad so far this season, they did mistakes with Newcastle, Liverpool, Arsenal, Fulham, Man Utd, etc...

Nerazzurro
Silvestre was one of the best left backs 2 seasons ago and even got more ratings than A. Cole , but after moving to Centre back he always sucked when Rio is not beside him. If he moved to the left back then you will have to change your words.

Wes Brown will shine beside Rio next week for sure. They did it before and they can do it again.

You're right Marco, Silvestre LB is great, I watched him a lot 2 years ago and I thought it was such a shame that he left Inter.

Because he played badly for us. At least IMO. Our defence was bad back then, partially because of him.

ManU bought Rooney for about €37 million. :dielaugh:

Am i the only one who thinks Rooney is highly overrated? Few goals against Switzerland and Croatia in WC and suddenly he´s a wonderkid.

noup, you are not the only one...

Yes Silvestre was ours indeed. Why did he leave? Simple and sad: the Inter fans at the S. Siro.

He was very nervous during his first games, and he didn't play very well. The fans had no mercy, they started boo him like crazy! The end came during a derby: he made a mistake after about 5 minutes, the fans started having a go at him. He was so nervous that he was taken off the pitch after 15 minutes. Milan was going down his wing over and over. That's where his adventure at Inter ended :cry2:

Anyone else getting bored of English league games...They dont seem to be like last years begining, where play was more open and offensive.

Chelsea and ManU disappointing play but ManU should look better now with every game..
Same goes for Newcastle.
Liverpool inconsistent
Arsenal playing great but can be tamed and went into long times of boring football during a game, but still when they are on they are telepathic..

Best suprises are Everton and Spurs until now..Bolton too.Small teams playing to their strengths to get results.Nice

WOOHOO!!! Crystal Palace have got their second win of the season :) Now they are off the bottom of the table. It is still really tight down there, but if they can keep in touch with the other teams then hopefully in the second half of the season they will improve and be able to stay up.

I am hoping for a gunner loss too...They are starting to get too snobbish that its irritatting the hell out of me...I dont like United or anythng but i think its time to bring Arsenal back to ground in the EPL because there CL record isnt that WOW to begin with.

As for the game i would make it as boring and slow as possible if i were United because thats the way to beat Arsenal...Hit them fast before the end of each period and try to sustain a clean sheet especially first 15 minutes of every half.

I am also hoping for a gooner loss, they are far too cocky and no one wants to see them run away with the title. The only problem is United do not seem to be scoring so freely these days. Hopefully they can contain Henry & co then get a goal up the other end.

Man Utd v Arsenal: after the first 25 minutes, the game is very tense, not many chances.

Actually I´m neutral in this one since I have a lot at stake in this match. Hence I can´t decide! :D But normally I would cheer for Arsenal in this match.
