Darmian is so average this season. Dimarco is good at set pieces, but his pressing sense is so poor its ridiculous. We lose the momentum of Sanchez & Co's hard pressing upfront coz Dimarco has no fucking clue when to press and when to fall back. This kinda explains why Conte completely ignored Dimarco.

God, we need better wingbacks. Perisic is the only decent one so far this season.

Honestly i see no difference in Darmian performances this season. The main difference is his role. It's a lot different to be an option from the bench and only start against weaker teams than being a regular starter. A lot more exposure to his weaknesses as a player.
