This is one of these matches where individiual brilliance is required to unlock it. Our attackers are constantly marked properly while not having a proper support from Mkhi and Frattesi.

Then Dimarco's lack of aggressiveness isn't helping things to get better. They are toothless but defensively very compact and aware.

Maybe bring in Alexis and Barella right in the second half. We cannot afford to waste more time. Push harder since minute one in second half.

Pretty poor first half. Didn’t love the attitude from the team. Particularly Bastoni and Dimarco seemed to be going through the motions. They seem really complacent. Hopefully an early goal in the second half will open the game up. However, we need to show more build up through the middle, everything is wide and looped in crosses or low percentage long range shots.

I’ve yet to see that this years version of Inter can consistently threaten a low block. We seem to be too passive in our ball movement and there isn’t a ton of creativity down the middle and we don’t have a Lukaku/Dzeko type battering ram.
