the situation would turn nuclear if we dont win this match with empli for several reasons...number 1 being they are empoli not barcelona and a game ith empoli should be takin with a margin of 5-6 goals....also we cannot make anymore excuses...we cannot keep saying we are tired....we cannotlet roma, ac milan or juventus steal the scudetto from us we still have the strongest team in italy and maybe europe....and not winning this match means we have alot more work to do

I know these results were from last season and maybe there were against weak teams (65%) but I think their invincibility at home is kind of obvious as they didn't lose in '07 on home ground.

Since it seems unlikely that we will get a new playmaker or that Jimenez will play, I say we go for a 4-4-2 with two of Figo/Maxwell/Maicon as wingers. In that case I say Crespo should start if fit, he will capitalize on the crosses.

I think we should try playing Zanetti at left back since Maxwell suffered so much Zanetti could fill the role pretty well. We should play Dacourt because of his great toughness and his defensive ability. Or also maxwell could play midfield for this match maybe it could work...

Man this is Serie A not PES2008!!!

I'd settle for any margin win and I expect a tough game since Empoli are a strong side at home. Cagni is an experienced coach and generally his teams always like to attack. He knows well that Inter's backline is vulnerable at the moment so I can't see his team will sit back and defend especially in the early stages of the game. I also have to mention that Empoli is a very fast team who uses the flanks alot and we better watch out for that.

We need our midfielders to be on top of their game if we wan to avoid another disappointing result. In my opinion, Jimenez should take some part in this game because his mobility will give us some edge.

Honestly I'm not expecting fireworks from our team in this game but I hope the players understand that the must get the 3 points to regain confidence.
